I've seen this before, and unfortunately there's nothing to it. It's just a little something SIU/Naver had cooked up for some event he was attending in China some months back to help promote the official Chinese translations of Naver Webtoons. Also, apparently the state of Korean anime is practically nonexistent. Very unlikely that any animated adaptation of Tower of God is forthcoming, as amazing as it would be.
Depending somewhat on whether Baam decides to be a good guy and tell all the other Regulars. I could see him not wanting to be bothered with all those other passengers either. But, I suppose he has some obligation to at least inform Ran's team, whose current proximity to Aka Williams and co. means that it's going to leak out anyway.
It hasn't been really revealed how of Koon's getting bitchslapped in the past (figuratively) was Rachel's planning, and how much was FUG's or someone else's planning. Regardless, I really hope it's mostly Rachel because if it were, the Koon A.A. - Rachel rivalry/enemy relation would be one of those under-the-surface things that makes ToG so damn awesome
I've not really been a big fan of this arc thus far, personally. I said something to this effect on the previous page, I think, and the issue there has only gotten worse since. I'm just not at all appreciative of how certain protagonists (especially Baam and Hwa Ryun) have been both nerfed and dumbed down for the sake of attempting to manufacture tension and put over the new characters. Maybe it would help if I weren't reading it week to week, but I somehow doubt it.
As for Koon, I'm just not seeing any way this play of his is going to end in anything but suffering for him. He's not getting through Rachel's plot armor and he's probably going to end up making a bitter enemy of Baam by trying to. Dude should have just let himself be satisfied with getting his back on FUG at the Workshop Battle and let the beef with Rachel go.

It should be good, yes. SIU has probably been looking forward to writing these next few chapters for a very long time.
Personally, I don't care whether he chooses Rachel or Koon here. I expect the former, but I'll be completely satisfied regardless so long as he can just maintain his dignity in front of them. I want to see a man making a decision and not a little boy crying because mommy and daddy are having a row.

Yep, I haven't felt that trolled by lack of worthwhile content in a Tower of God chapter since SIU followed up all the plot bombs at the end of the Battle X Gamble episode with an issue mostly devoted to Hatsu hitting a robot with a pipe.
Figured that's what we were going to get here as soon as the action cut away from Baam and Rachel and went to the scrubs at the bottom of the stairs. And was disappointed to be right.
At least it seems like Baam is about to go nuclear, which will be fun.
