I think the fact that Baam telling everyone they were actually enemies and shouldn't be his temmates was a sign of him not doing a complete turn-over. That's how I interpreted it at least.

In other news, Baam with his new hair down really really really looks like Baam when he was trapped.

Ring? That's what you care about?

Baam's apparently a trap.

I would call it more plain androgyny. He has no obvious physical characteristics to set him apart (forever young lol). That combined with long hair covering everything just leads to a possibility of "It's a girl, I think?"

A trap would be people thinking he's a girl all the time, which isn't the case. The first assumption is always that he's male.

I'm not sure why I bothered posting that.

so the weak dude is prince Zahard? What a twist. Why is he so pathetic then? Unless Zahard only empowers females, he should be at least decently strong.

Actually, Zahard DOES only empower girls.

My guess is that raedric is right and this is Zahard's flesh and blood child, since the girls are children of other families that he gives his blessing to, and oh my god that euphemism...

As far as I'm aware, he does only empower women, so the 'Prince of Zahard' title either means an actual biological child, or something else entirely (of course it could also be that he's like Anak, and is the son of one of the Princesses, though I think his importance is probably higher than that). Honestly, only giving his power to females makes sense when you take into account he's also trying to control how much of his power is spread around, since a dude could potentially knock up a couple dozen women before his actions are found out, and then tracking them all down can be difficult, while a woman can only have one child at a time and it becomes pretty obvious once she starts showing.

Oh bloody hell, call me paranoid, but this is setting me off:

<a href='http://www.mangahere.com/manga/tower_of_god/c054/24.html' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>Look here</a>.

This guy. Who thinks s/he/it is going to show up again? What a coincidence, so do I. Now, call me crazy, but does anyone else at all think that one of the girls in the second stage could be it?

EDIT: <a href='http://c.mhcdn.net/store/manga/8207/033.0/compressed/g33.08.jpg' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>Oh SHIT</a>. Look familiar?

Is that the guide dude? That would be a pretty cool reunion. Anak would most likely go nuts.

Re: Zahard

So like when Fake Lizard Princess was fighting Real Princess (Lesser), there was that talk about how the princesses are like shoes in a display case, that are possessed by Zahard, and no one else can wear them. It was a pretty strained metaphor, but apparently it was supposed to be a legitimate aphorism, not just something Real Princess (Lesser) was saying to obliquely criticize Fake Lizard Princess for not wearing shoes.

Anyway I read that and I was like, "What kind of dude has a display case full of women's shoes?"

Yeah.

You saw it here first: we can just as easily call him "Queen" Zahard.

PS And not just because the author draws a lot of traps.

Just to be clear, we're talking about the Prince kind of Queens right?

I'm pretty sure sheep suit got violently murdered by Yuri's pal, so it's unlikely he'll pop up again. But totally missed the dude taking Anak away from her mom. Would definitely be interesting if it was the guide.

Ah, I wasn't paying attention annd thought that was her mom turning away to leave. <.<"

Okay, so I finally realised exactly why Baam is in FUG with an alias.

The reason people generally don't oppose Zahard is both because he's fuck off powerful, and be cause they need him. This is because only Irregular's can take tests from the Guardians. Thus, an Irregular is necessary to actually climb new floors. Since Zahard is the only Irregular focused on climbing the tower (Urek just wants a way out and Enryu is a mad scientist), everyone has to follow him if they eventually want to reach the top.

FUG, who opposes Zahard, still in reality needs Zahard unless they themselves could get an Irregular. This is why Blonde Trap set up the whole deal with Rachel and everything leading up to it, and in fact is the entire reason he was overseeing the Testing Floor in the first place. He was there under command of Grace Mircea Luslec (which is who he was talking to at the end of part 1) in order to find and recruit an Irregular at the earliest possible point.

Now I'll probably get "Duh everybody already realised that you dumbass" but meh.

So, after reviewing the rules of Untrustworthy Room, I've realised something - Yeon has either been given a huge advantage or has been majorly screwed. i can't tell which yet.

Now that Viole has left the room, she's trapped in there.

This means that she gets final say on who ends the game, but can be betrayed in a heartbeat.

There's also the possibility that, from the way the rules are set out, she's almost garanteed to be the 7th man.

So Tower of God 101 was supposed to have a big twist ending... and I predicted every line of it. Not that I'm disappointed; far from it, but I was hoping for the kind of epic twist from the end of the Crown Game or the special challenge.

Actually this might be the first time anything has gone completely according to plan when Koon wasn't manipulating everything.

But...how do you know Koon isn't still manipulating everything? =O
