I figured this would better go in the Comics section.
Basically, it's a crossover thread, pick a non-comic character, list what their powers would be (And why, try to stuck with a power that would make sense for the character), weaknesses, hero/villain status and name, simple enough, yeah?
Bonus if you think you know a comic continuity they'd fit best in.
Character: Shinji Ikari
Power: AT Field Generation-generation of a semi-visible energy shield within a limited range. Considering the abilities of angels, it's possible he may learn to do other things by manipulating the field, like flying.
Weakness: I'd guess Magic could screw his stuff up, as well as high energy weapons like powerful lasers and enemies of a suitable level of superhuman strength. Given the origins of the AT field, he may or may not be vulnerable to psychic attack.
Hero/Villain: Hard to say, really. Not saying Shinji is a bad kid, but he can be pretty easily lead, and has moments of serious stupidity. It may well depend on who gets to him first.
Alias: No idea, honestly, Shinji may not be all that imaginative and be named by the press.
