though her Negima Adult form doesn't look quite the same as her new adult form. I'd be unsurprised either way really, it could be that this is now her base form due to a permanent transfiguration or something, which seems likely given that she stayed in it more or less permanently for years, OR it might be giant sleep mode and she might still have child mode as her Final Form, who knows?

Some speculation about her current adult form, based only on things from the first chapter
The people around her started to grow old and die, and since her original bounty was still there, she started to travel from one place to another, but everybody knew her by now, so she had to disguise herself as Yukihime, who looks very different to her original adult form.

Uh... UQ timeline don't match with Negima epilogue. At all.
Magical Detective Yue "7 years later".
Linkie. "Now, nearly two years after the existence of magic and magic world was disclosed..."
And UQ Holder - "In the decade since the world became aware of the existence of magic" - Year 206something. Something don't match here.
