LOL.

That moon line. Whenever I see it, I always lulz.

I'd be interested to know just how Kirie stopped her aging. Not sure what about save scumming allowed for that.

That last page, is happening! Or it happened... but it really didn't. Different timelines are confusing.

And is nice to see that the ermine is alive and kicking, sad that he is in his last years and without his favorite doll.

Well, I am prepared for the bait and switch.

Calling it now.

But if not? I'm okay with this.

One the one hand: I'm cool with this. I liked Chisame.

On the other: It's friggin Nodoka and Yue. Part of Best girl brigade. I'm so sad.

So, spoilers.

I'll never feel happiness or hope ever again.

Any time anything good seems to peek over the horizon, I'll know it's just a mirage to make me suffer. Any time I have a sliver of faith on anything, I'll know better and purge it out of my heart before it turns around to cruelly gnaw at me from the inside. There is no way whatsoever to happiness and closure on either side of the Fourth Wall until the sweet, sweet embrace of Lady Death comes for you, pushing you into the final relief of oblivion while underlining how meaningless it all was.

Thank you, Akamatsu Ken, for teaching me how truly pointless existence is. Your manga sucks, by the way.

Suffice to say, well, I didn't like the spoilers.

Soooo... Fate Grand Order's really nifty, huh? I think, I think I'll go play that right now, y-yeah, ha hah.

EDIT: While this is indeed a bummer for me, as a matter of fact I'm mostly just hamming the scene up, mostly so I can have a bitter laugh instead of crying, because my personal life is a royal mess right now and I'm depressed as hell. That wouldn't change that much with this or any other result this situation would have had, but I still thought of letting some steam out when I read about it. Please don't take me very seriously as I just don't deserve it.

New chapter and the madman did it. And I actually forgot how extreme he was when it comes to his mood.

Is kinda weird that we needed 14 years to finally get the true ending of Negima, it feels like it was yesterday when I finished Love Hina and then picked MSN, the plot was only reaching Evangeline's arc and have been following it since then.

14 years. I can't believe it was so long ago.

I think it's pretty fitting he chose her. His reaction was pretty intense, but it was his first heartbreak.

She shot him down, but I can't blame her: he's 11. She said to try again when hes a bit older, and I can see her accepting then. Negi breaking down and flying way to the extreme was hilarious to me, and just like a 11 year old to do.

While we wait for the next chapter, the official website for the anime updated with new key visual and the first PV.

And of all things possible to ever happen in this world, Happy Material will be the opening theme. Somehow.

Oh god, it just hit me now, Negi will have to call Evangeline Mom

Hell yes! So this is effectively the canon Negima ending for that timeline. At last, several years later we finally have the resolution we probably would have gotten if shenanigans hadn't ended the series.

And best girl freaking won in the end! It's a miracle!

It's a resolution, and it's way better than nothing or the end we got in Negima, but it's still very lacking.

I'm glad Chisame won, but seeing it reduced to just a picture with no context of how it came to be after everything else (same for Nagi and Eva) just feels lazy and uninspired, like Akamatsu just threw a bone while grumbling 'here, you have your ending, you happy now!?' and the battle just was lacking in excitement and telegraphed away, no suspense or twists, not even any real good action, just a collection of panels with a character posing in each until it's time for the Mage of the Beginning to take her scripted fall.

So we went from an awful finale to a merely very mediocre finale with great ideas but a complete lack of good execution to them.

He really didn't have much for choice the way he ended the series if he didn't ended then and there he would have lost the rights. Is it me or does it seem like Akamatsu may be dropping the Eve romantic subplot?
