Bleach Veiled Moon Chapter 3

Considering the other observations Keisuke notes, I'd dodge anyways - why take your luck with the unknown? Are we even sure yet how Sekirei souls work with Bleach? Or if they have one by whatever standards?

Hmmmm, if Aizen was around, the Sekirei would be interesting research subject for him, I think. On the practical side, I think Higa & Mikogami exemplify the 'reality'. Justice & good feelings don't run the world - people like those two, Aizen, Minaka, & Central 46 do. Things like 'running afoul a hollow' turn a blind eye to reality & how Bleach & Sekirei hint at how things operate.

Still, the important thing about the Sekirei is souls. And what this difference means for Ichigo.

It might just be that since Sekirei are aliens, they're souls are not in the jurisdiction of the Soul Socoeity and so Shinigami can't see them.

Maybe it's because the sekirei don't die. They are just desactivated or something. At least that's what i think given the latest manga.

No, that's too merciful. Zaraki doesn't draw out fights with weaklings. If he wants higa dead it will be quick.

I also noticed something. The shinigami noticed a lacl of soul. One lack in a dead sekirei, and another lack in a living one. Neither have been winged. And even if that isn't the case the norito seems to be the key.

Does the norito help give a sekirei their own soul?
Odd......for an instant, i couldn't but think on that a Sekirei, its alike on a way to a Zanpakuto....

This makes me think of Madoka and the pendant acting as the soul's container, while allowing the body to with stand more damage and do all sorts of crazy shit.

That's a fight, this is molesting Yachiru, but I suppose you have a point.

Fine, they mistake Rangiku in a gigai for a Sekirei and run afoul of Gin.? A Gin no longer associated with any kind of handler like the Gotei 13 or Aizen.

Yeah, that would draw things out nicely.? Karasuba doesn't have shit on Gin for bloodthirsty retribution where Matsumoto is concerned.? Look at what he went through to try to get one clear shot at Aizen.? Gin can seriously hold a grudge.
Makes you think, wtf happened to Rangiku?
I thought it was implied she was raped in Rukongai by some of Aizen's subordinates/goons that he ordered to attack her for some reason only he understood.

Seems kinda out there. Aizen really doesn't do things like for no reason, and I don't think he'd be the type to just let stuff like that happen if it wouldn't let him benefit in the long run.

But, then again, knowing Kubo, who the hell knows.

Always thought of it along the line of Aizen took part of her soul.

Soul disruption techniques are difficult if you aren't a hollow. Just look how long it took him to find a way to grab the orb from Rukia's soul. He had to use one of Urahara's spells. And it's unlikely he had anything like that back then.

Lazy Bastard...
Ch. 3 is up on FF.net. And while I normally wouldn't mention that, there have been a good deal of revisions and added bits to it that I feel should be mentioned here.

Nicely done. Looks much cleaner.
We did look over and talk about the complaints that this thread raised.

While we did not change the conflict, we did revise and redo a few bits so hopefully it does look better than what was posted here.

And pretty much, that's why we post this here first for all or you to tear into before it goes to ff.net.

Thanks to all who took the time to drop a line, whether it be compliments or criticism.

Now that I think about it I thought Aizen had her attacked as part of his efforts to recruit Gin. Obviously, he never thought Gin would trace the attack back to Aizen himself.
