Thank you for answering my post so quickly. And sorry for interrupting your... rest? I'm not sure what "vegging" means, sorry

Anyway, man it always fells nice to be answered by the people you respect.

Now;

-So now Ishida is some sort of boogyman? Do the hollows know that the Quincy are extinct or do they fear that somehow they will return? After all if in StarWars the jedi were supposedly extinct and returned, why not the Quincy?

At least I'm glad that Ishida's death was so impressive. If you got to die better to take the bastards with you and make them bleed each time they hear your name B)

-Orihime... well, as I like to be surprised (even if I do like to speculate and wonder) I will try to not think about that too much. But it would explain the lack of action from Ichigo and Sado if they believe that she is MIA. Wonder what they will do when they find that she is still alive and still in Hueco Mundo...

-Ichigo & Sado's bodies turned into reishi? Isn't it like saying that their matter turned into energy? If so what happened with that energy then? Did they absorb it somehow? It would be funny if they could use what remains of those bodies in some way... After all from what we have seen in the manga so far and parting from what you say there is no such thing as a "limit".

As I see it, its more like if there is a limit it's the one you put upon yourself.

Aizen's major mistake, as I see it, is that he believes that the shinigami arts have limits/caps/that they are *finite*.

But so far there have been time and time again characters that have overcome those limits. Learning bankai in three days? Creating Shunko? Having a hybrid like power (Sado&Ichigo, Vizards, etc...)?

In that point do you have any idea about how to overcome the bankai? Of all the supposed limits, I find that one the most ridiculous, dunno why. Maybe it's because if the power of a Zanpakuto depends on the connection with its shinigami, being it a part of the soul, I think it would be silly to say that there is such a limit. Now I say: a limit in knowing a part of yourself that is alive, sentient, that is its own? I don't agree. Any thought about that? Anyone? Can this be related to what you said Yoruichi did with her Zanapkuto? Absorbing it?

-Thanks for explaining the Ichigo/Yoruichi dynamics, it makes more sense when you explain it :D

And I agree totally with how you sum it up ^_^

Ichigo still has more power. Always will have. But even after those years, Yoruichi has him beat on skill. Besides, she's his teacher
Ah, but the desire of any teacher (and Yoruichi is so much more) is to see the student grow and ultimately become something more that the teacher himself, no? At least that's how my teachers have always seen their roles...

That aside she used her training with Ichigo to template her own? Man that's awesome and so in character it's freaky B) . It's what I would expect of her, to use Ichigo as a way to make herself stronger and at the same time make him stronger. It's also a way to show how vast Ichigo's potential is and how he can grow if we take in count his "age" in Soul Society compared to the other powerhouses along with his instinct to seek battle to become stronger and stronger.

Once again thank you for your patience and the time you used in answering all my ramblings. It speaks volumes about your quality as a person, beyond the fact that you are an amazing fanfic writer with even more fantastic ideas.

Stay sharp Taich and take care of yourself.

ps: Do you mind if I give some thoughts and personal ideas about Mentor in its thread? I know I can get too overbearing sometimes but I never want to offend those I repect. I start with the best intentions and all but, well, we all know how the road to Hell is...

It's only that Mentor has put my imagination on overdrive, and thoughts and ideas keep popping constantly making my fingers itch, but in the end it's *your* story.

You are the boss.

Me? I just want to stay along for the ride, enjoy it and help if possible. B)

Heh. Vegging. Resting. Or rather making like a plant and pretending nothing except breathing is needed. B)

I'm damn wiped out after the exams.

And do't sweat it - I will always at elast try to answer. As long as it is not one of my two pet peeves (meaning 'you must updated THIS and THIS instead of that fic becasue I say so!' or 'where is the update bitch?!') I'm more than happy to answer all any questions about the story anyobody might have. Well, unless it is connected to the plot I don't want to spoil. Yet. I have a bad habit of spoiling plot when somebody asks. I try to curb it, but... Oh well.

Body issue: yes. The power that went into their bodies, keeping them alive, was added to their 'energy pool' as it were. But it was a negligleble amount.

Bankai issue: There is no point, really. The strogner shinigami gets - the better bankai gets. That's all. I go by the reasoning that if Zanpakuto is part of the soul and final release is all of the power perosn might have (because that's what zanpakuto does, gives access to shinigami's own power. A conduit so to speak) then if you improve, bankai and shikai improve as well. For comparision - Yamamoto. That Ryujinjakka of his has damn shikai that can go against a damn bankai, I suspect. At least from what we have seen so far. Yamamoto is crazily powerful - if his shikai has such power, how powerful is his bankai?

Some people might diagree, but I already raped canon so much in that story I just don't care at that point.

Mentor: Sorry. No info for now, because it is not entirely up to me to decide. All I can say is that it will be out, it is being written and in my humble opinion, it is one of the best things I have written. Though some people will complain, because it is tiny bit like Lotus in some things. Meaning canon gets 'slightly' changed. AS you propably saw in the Ideas section, Ichigo's zanpakuto is one of the changes. And considering what was done in it, we can safely say it is, whille not minor, certainly not all that significcant cahnge.

And that's all I can tell you until Mentor is out. When? I don't know. Depends on some factors. I won't promise anything. It WILL be out, and I have so much fun wrting and plotting it out like you wouldn't believe. B)

"Where is the update, bitch".

Someone ever said that - with these finely chosen words - to you? I can understand why it pisses you off, though. :>

As for Mentor: Oh yes, I can believe just how much you enjoy scheming, plotting, writing and tormenting us with it :p

Still, Warborn is the best Bleach fic I read so far, period. I seriously hope you don't abandon it to the wolves :c

Nah, nobody said it - at least not in so many words. But I had reviews sent to my that, essentially, came down to the 'where is the update, bitch?'.

And whatever gave you the idea I'm abandoning Warborn? There are seveal plot points that will be adressed before it is 'finished'. But it won't be exactly 'finished' becasue this fanfic ins't about beginning - action - end. It is a _part_ of Ichigo and company's lives during the conflict. Some things will be adressed, some won't. And there won't be 'and they went on to win, live happily ever after'. It wil adress some plot points, show their lives, and then 'end', leaving them to their war. Or something like it. That is the whole concept behind the Warborn. Notice that while I highlighted the past, I never took pains to show it. How Yuzu became the scientist, how she made the process to heal Ukitake, how Keigo or Tatsuki came to Soul society... I hinted at them, but never got into detail.

Some things iwll unravel during the time I'll show, some things never will. Some people WILL criticize me for this, accusing me that I leave them hanging, don't show everything and all, but that is how Warborn was meant to be and this is how it WILL be.

And that's better for it. I LIKE it when not every singke thing is explained and/or overexplained. It allows for the reader's imagination to get to work.

Vegging.

Got it.

Damn...

I'm sorry to interrup your well deserved rest. I saw in one of your threads the list of things you had to face in your exams and the works going with them that I almost created a thread solely dedicate to cheer you up! Like some sort of fanfic cheerleaders for stressed writters... Thankfully I didn't.

Anyway you will never find me asking for those two particular things.

First, because I think it is rude to the ninth degree, not to mention the lack of tact and respect.

Second, because I was (and still am but lacking time to write) a fanfiction writer and while I consider myself a patient man, there was a point when even my patience ran out. I know how those two question can make someone feel and already too many good writers have abandoned fanfiction because of those two damned questions.

Third, some people seem to think only in themselves and not to take in count, for instance, the time used to write fanfics, right out of our free time. Something that we will never get paid (among many things), that we do only for our pleasure and the one of others... just to name a few reasons.

The very least people can do is to think about writers *first* and then about the rest, them included.

Some things iwll unravel during the time I'll show, some things never will. Some people WILL criticize me for this, accusing me that I leave them hanging, don't show everything and all, but that is how Warborn was meant to be and this is how it WILL be.
I say hang them. It's your story. I said it before and will say it again: you are the boss. You are God. These are *your* stories, so you do them as you like them, when you want them, as you see them. The rest can agree or can go away to bother other people with their whinning and their childishness.

They don't like how you are doing things?

Easy then. Stop reading.

And Fosfor be sure that for every single one of those ingrates there will be dozens, hundreds of others that will jump in your defense (not that you need it) and tell those bastards to nature of things here and anywhere else in the web.

-Bankai issue: Your view is as valid as any and as always you give some very valid points. Still nothing is impossible and that we haven't seen it yet doesn't mean that it can't happen right? I could give some of my points supporting my theory that there could be another stage but here, right now and for this story it's not the point.

Your view, your rules, your fic, your way.

-Mentor:?? Um, I wasn't looking for any info about the fic, just if I could give some ideas and some thoughts that may or may not give *you* ideas. To, in some way, no matter how slight, help you with it. Nothing more. Only asking of it was right to do so...

Anyway keep resting Taich.

If there is someone who deserves it, it's you.

Take care;

Your actions seem to be trolling.

Now, you claim they have a purpose.

Enlighten me.
