Watching Burn Notice.

This new season isn't that good. Well, what I really mean is that it isn't as good as previous seasons. The new guy thing compounded with the Fiona thing and the complicated situation between Micheal and new guy makes for more drama (forced and not really well done drama, the most recent episodes make it really clear) but is adding more shit to a story that is already huge. They should have stuck to the "management" thing.

It was more enjoyable to watch early on. That and the whole no killing thing is getting a bit trite. At the very least he should hit disabling shots if he doesn't kill.

On the other hand, Psych is still good.

By the way, you all totally need to watch Sherlock as soon as you get the chance. It's criminal that there have only been three episodes, but it's so good.

Delicious ending was delicious.

God, that ending. That was a thing of sheer and total beauty. It was the kind of ending that just... It kicked you in the balls and made you ask for more.

And I'm totally going to write Sherlock/Moriarty slash fiction now.

Yay! That is good news!

Can't wait to see more, though I wonder what stories they'll take stuff from next.

I've been watching A Town Called Panic.

It's a Belgian stop-motion animation, but <a href='http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P7fbaTLAWN4&p=F3C93EA5150FCA51&playnext=1' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>this</a> version has been dubbed into English, complete with some amusing regional accents.

In the event that youtube is misbehaving, try <a href='http://www.atom.com/channel/channel_town_called_panic' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>here</a>.

The Walking Dead. Apparently they are mixing things up by adding character's that weren't in the comic books.

Blakes 7. You could say that it's a bit like Star Trek on a much lower budget but in my opinion the actors make up for that.

Sh15uya. Not bad. Similar to The World Ends With You. One thing I don't get is how we're supposed to believe that the actor playing the protagonist is a boy. That is fairly obviously a woman.

If you liked the TV, you might be interested in a radio version of Blake's 7.

Blake's 7. :p

And, yes, some seriously talented actors on display. The cardboard sets and shoestring SFX have a certain charm, too.

It's also a bit like Star Trek if the Federation were totalitarian mind-police with sociopathic law enforcement officers. For example, Servalan and Travis.

Don't forget that Voyager records all its crew's brainwave patterns.

The parts of DS9 and Voyager where they tried to tack on dark connotations felt like, to me who grew up with TNG and repeats of TOS, that Unlce Jed took my childhood into his shed and nobody will speak of what happened.

So, we're about ten-fifteen minutes away from Dirk Gently. Are you excited? I'm excited. Can't wait to see how it plays out.

And... I will admit, parts of me will be cheering for the bits blatantly taken from Shada and transplanted into a non-Doctor Who story.

Been broken the last couple of days.

It's either the worst man-flu I've had for ages, or I've had the double whammy of a really bad cold and tonsillitis.

Because of this, I've been sitting in front of the TV watching Babylon 5.
