Heh, the twin topic to Fatuous One's.

Lessee... I'm reading Family Compo, Claymore, DoroHedoro, Basilisk, Mahou Sensei Negima!, Aa! MegamiSama, KamiKaze, Blue Hole, KudanShi, Ai Yori Aoshi, Fruits Basket, Kodomo no Omocha, Soten no Ken and Angel Heart.

That's just the series I actively read, not the ones I've collected...

Hmm, right now I'm reading Demon Diary, Ah My Goddess, Mahou Sensei Negima, Scryed, Berserk, Seven of Seven, A.I. Love You, and Rave Master. I think that's it, all I can remember right now anyway.

Right now, just two. Oh! My Goddess, and Fullmetal Alchemist. Maybe one day I'd start reading Naruto or Bleach, but given that they are in the 200s of chapters (Naruto being at 296...the one translated by fans), that's a long way to go if I start at 1. Same with OMG, but at least I'm at 91.

just got my hands on hardcopy of pastel vol1 and tsukihime vol2
so they've been keeping me resonably happy on the manga front
mind you that's not counting my scans of which tsubasa resevior chronicles would probably be the main one at the moment.

I'll just list anything for which I have the latest release out of on my laptop and waiting for further releases, since a great deal of these don't update regularly:

Naruto, Bleach, Berserk, Change Guy, Eyeshield 21, Hunter x Hunter, MaR, Negima, World Embryo, Trigun Maximum, Kiseijuu (no updates in -ages-, those utter -bastards-), Fate/Stay Night, D. GrayMan, Ah! Megami-sama, Basara, Busou Renkin, Death Note, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (the poses! they're so -wrong-!), Yakitate Japan, Hajime no Ippo (I love this stuff. Need more... Waaaah! ;_; ), anything shoujo (I have a specific -folder- dedicated to this), full metal alchemist, kareshi kanojo no jishou, detective conan, inu-yasha.

That I've been -specifically- reading in the last 3 days:
All of Codename Sailor V manga, Sailor Moon manga, Sailor Moon SuperS manga, and Sailor Moon Stars manga.
Battle Angel Alita (not including New Order).
Hajime no Ippo (all).
Karekano (to vol 17).
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (series 2 only).
FullMetal Alchemist, Bleach, InuYasha, Naruto (latest chapters).

Johann is the best damn villain ever. Period.

I think I own around 1700 manga, all hardcopy. I don't want to know how much I spent in my life for 'em...

Love the irony in that story...

This angelic kid turns out to be a complete sociopath. In twisted sense of gratitude, he kills the hospital officials that have been stifling the career of the doctor who saves his life.

Maybe it's schadenfraude (sp?) but I found the scene where he walks out on the girl who left him, when she wants a second chance, mainly because her gravy train got derailed, was priceless.

I don't read enough manga ;_; I don't have the cash to spend on hardcopy, and scanlations give me headaches for some reason. As for what I am reading, the list is pitifully short:
Berserk, Oh My Goddess, Hellsing, Ranma 1/2. Have a couple outta order Here is Greenwood and Those Who Hunt Elves too. Mebbe get around to gettin all of whats been translated so far. Someday

The copy I read was at a bookstore. It's still there...

It's not that the story wasn't good, but I'm the type of person who can sit down and read it once, and remember enough to not have to buy it...

I don't make nearly enough money to buy all the stuff I like to read. The only ones I actually buy are negima.

I started reading manga and playing videogames in 1987. Since then, I think I've spent around 14,000$ in both total.

Living in Italy helps, as manga cost much less here, but still...

14 GRAND?!

Christ on a Crutch!

If I spent that much I'd probably end up divorced!

Good god! I'd be out on the streets right now if I bought that much, I mean most of my money goes to anime and and that costs significantly more than manga and I have a bigger collection than anyone I know but gollee, my collection so far probably only totals to something like 7 grand, that's half the amount of yours, do you have to blaize a trail through it all just to get to your bed?

Something like that. My studio's pretty much unlivable.

Dang! I barely have any mangas beyond the scanlations that I have. That's due to the fact that I'm poorer than dirt at the moment (I mean, its not easy earning money...when you don't even have a job!). The idea of spending that much on just mangas...

Currently reading Oh My Goddess, and since Dark Horse is starting the series and doing it in Japanese reading style with some colorazation, I decided to pick up the new series, and donate the old collection to a local public Library. Also reading the traslations of Ranma 1/2, Maison Ikkoku, Negima! and Love Hina.

Arise from the pits of obscurity,

Awaken, and spread your message.

I cast: Thread NECROMANCY!!!!

Damn, no one uses this thread?!

Well, thats gonna change!!!

I was reading Angel Densetsu, and it really reminds me of The Book of Naruto. Also, I just downloaded some Golden Boy, gotta love it.

Bleach for my Shonen Action kicks.
Naruto to keep my morbid curiosity quota filled.
Love Collage for the ecchi romantic comedy. (same author did Midori no Hibi, which I also recommend.)
Ai Yori Aoshi, for the cute, romantic, heart-affecting side of things. And the frontal nudity.
Ikkitousen. Panties, boobs, fighting, et cetera.
Yotsuba&!, because it just has that humorously nostalgic feel that Azuma Kiyohiko is so good at.
Tokyo Akazukin, because it kinda freaks me out. Don't care much for the loli stuff, but the action is high-rated, and there's no shortage of gore.
Ore-Tama (My Balls), for the lulz. :snigger:

I used to read Gantz, but I lost interest.

Supplementary:
Any number of Type-Moon manga and doujinshi, surprisingly few of which are H-doujin. Sword Dancer is godly.
Also, Haruhi and Touhou doujin. Current favorite: Tsuruya-ke no Okite by Ra-Men (still waiting for more of it).
