is pretty damn insane. Especially since in that one he's not ripping off the Nine Arts Dragon, but Kang-Sung De-Hyung (this guy)

It's also amusing how Jung Lae Won(Chief) is the only guy who doesn't get it.
A nice bit is that a lot of the seemingly bad guys are mostly half decent people. Anti-villains, honorable...

Probably. I was reading via mangahere and came to post, only to see you had already done it. And then re-reading post, I noticed the wrong chapter numbers.
