I was just thinking, wouldn't Rin be just slightly unhappy about finding out about the CERN tests, and wouldn't the clocktower be VERY happy?

because by Nasu verse rules there is no longer a second magic, because it (the second magic) can now be accomplished by science, witch will impact on those who are aiming for it or already have it.

The thing is, only part of the Second Magic is now a magecraft - communication. Drawing prana, and transferring physical objects, is still in the relm of miracles.

Mind you, Rin probably wasn't happy about what happened at first, but she doesn't seem the sort to whine and angst for to long, before trying to do something, and now she can get closer than she was, before, hence what happens in the OP.

So, any thoughts on what effect Rin's investigations, and whatever help she gets from her Shirou, will have on their world's Fifth Holy Grail War?

EDIT: BTW, does anyone want me to start threads for any of the AUs mentioned in the OP?
