You are asked to Create a Technomage Guild

Note that Back Home-verse Technomages are B5 Technomages, even if a lot of them don't dress like it.

A bored Alien Space Bat decides that our Earth needs a Technomage Guild, and chooses you to start it (unless you're the sort of person who would hoard the power for him/her self, and not create a Guild, or you're to evil/amoral to work with even the relatively pragmatic Back Home-verse Senshi). You are taken to the Earth of Warringer's Back Home universe (a fanfic universe I highly recommend), specifically the Minako Aino and the Secret Society AU, some time after 2027. There, you are introduced to the Sailor Senshi, one of whom you will be apprenticed to. (For more information on the Sailor Senshi (if you don't want to take the time to read a rather long fanfic), start here, and adjust the given personalities for greater maturity, pragmatism, and intelligence.) Depending on how much the Senshi like, trust, and respect you, you will reach at least rank 8 (High Technomage), and may be allowed to reach rank 10 (High Arch Technomage).

After that, you will be returned to the place and time you were picked up from, with your equipment, which will at least include a Black Arrow fighter:

"Black Arrow" Technomage ship

Looking like matte black paper darts, the Black Arrow is the distinctive vessel of a Technomage.á First spotted in Terran space in May 2009 when representatives of the various Technomage guilds in the galaxy visited T.I.T. to audit their post-Doctorate Technomancy course, the Senshi produce 3-4 of the vessels every year on an as necessary basis.á Not all Full Technomages on Terra want an ship.

Very little is definitively known about these ships, but the following is all confirmed information.

á á * Black Arrows are very stealthy.á This is due to its construction and standard ECM/ECCM load out.
á á * Each Black Arrow mounts a Tesseract generator, as the inside is larger than the outside.á This helps it fulfil its purpose as a flying home for the Technomage, able to provide nearly everything the Technomage needs.
á á * Technomages and their ships share a bond comparable with the bonds Jurrain Space Trees have with their commanders.á This bond allows the Technomage to use the ship as a focus for their abilities.á As no Technomage ever encountered in combat (seven confirmed records other than the Senshi) has ever used the same attacks as another, the weapons available on a Black Arrow are unknown.
á á * HMS Hood confirmed that Black Arrows use Gravitic Fusion as a power source and have Magneto-Gravitic and Slipstream drives when a Technomage returned two survivors of a mysterious attack on INS Tabar in June 2011.

As the Technomage Guilds have maintained a mostly neutral stance in the galactic political and military arenas, GDI standing orders are to maintain a polite and helpful stance towards the Technomage Guilds, and to learn what they can without upsetting them.

If you want to be a High Arch Technomage, you must pass the Senshi Challenge. Of course, if your morality isn't compatible enough with that of the Senshi, you won't be allowed to try.

As for what a Wonder is, AFAICT, its an invention that is very impressive, on a grand scale, though not necessarily of a grand size. Bikinis that dissolve in water wouldn't qualify, for example. A chainmail bikini that had the capabilities of Iron Man's armour (not just the Mark I armour - the 'classic' armour, such as the Mark V and later. Possibly even the Hulkbuster armour), would - and some of the Senshi would wear them, even if just for the amusement value.

EDIT: Because of the number of crossovers in Back Home, this could be in any of several forums. I picked this one, because the Technomages are from a TV series, even if the version you'll most be interacting with are from an anime. Should I post it somewhere else, instead?
