Now admittedly, if I'd know there were cruisers in orbit then I'd have backed off and not risked the losses, but I didn't know. Given that my raiding forces have been chopped up on occasion by defenders I didn't know about, surviving and coming out with some of the goods I was after is one of my greatest battles thus far.

Got a new high for the amount of plunder I've acquired from an attack. Just _slightly_ bigger than the previous one.

EDIT: Oh, yeah. Wanted to add this unbelievably stupid retaliation from a planet I raided. No espionage probes sent my way that I saw, but he did send 8 Interplanetary Missiles. :huh: Didn't send enough to overwhelm my Anti-Ballistic Missiles though.

Then he gifted me with a "debris field". :lol:

Once again, the results are not that much different from the previous ones. Less Metal, but more Crystal and Deuterium. I guess this is as high as I'm going to get with Inactives and weakly-defended planets.
