By SB, I take it you mean SpaceBattles? I don't think there is cross-board etiquette. I mean, I can't see how it would work personally, outside of everyone migrating from one thread to another.

For SB.com specifically, I think cross-board etiquette boils down to 'don't bring drama from other boards to SB.com' (that is to say, if you have a fight with someone here, don't continue it over there), and 'don't plot board invasions or other such bullshit' (which SB.com was subjected to at one point, by a bunch of people on SD.net (I think) who objected to the way Vs debates went). The short version is 'The Affairs Of Other Board Do Not Concern Us.'

In general, I suspect cross-board etiquette varies widely from board to board.

Depends on the boards, but for SB.com specifically, as long as no-one is 'bringing the drama' there, I don't think the mods will get involved (unless they want to, in which case they'll find an excuse), and most likely, it won't even get reported.

I've seen that done, without people getting in trouble for it, so at the very least, it's considered acceptable (as long as the posts are relevant, rather than just 'drama' or 'bitching for the sake of bitching' (which so many internet discussions eventually get mired in).
