12 going on 16

After reading Nuthin But a Number, I got to thinking..."Why doesn't someone do this with Amy Rose? She's only 12, yet, she's paired with Sonic a lot, and he's 16!" This is basically where this train of thought took me.

The summary:
Tails has just finished one of his inventions... A new machine that allows food to be aged quickly, allowing seeds to become fruit in seconds(or something else like this. AKA, this is a plot device. The writer can use whatever he wishes to pull this one off.) It alos happens to look like a tanning bed...AFter Tails leaves, Amy spots the invention, and does try to use it like a tanning bed. Tails spots Amy in it when he returns, and worried for her safety(as a friend, BTW; Tails/Cream is another pairing in this fic's universe.), opens the machine...to find a 16-year old bombshell of a woman in there. It's Amy, whom is honestly confused about what's going on. The fic would be a coming of age story(literally), as Amy must come to terms with what's happened to her, mdujst to her new emotions and mindset(mind changes as well, but slowly), and try to bag her a Sonic!
Here're a few jokes I'd like to see in this one:
Wikipedia says that Amy has more of an "hourglass" shape that the other Sonic girls. This could lead to a joke where Rouge's clothes could be too small in...some areas. :snigger:
The old nosebleed joke should happen to every Sonic male character who's in the fic at least ONCE when they first see the new Amy.(Tails would obivously be the first victim.)
Thoughts, please!

I don't see how this would apply since rogue's body is way more developed, yet they're the same height. If she grew, rogue's outfit wouldn't fit out of the fact that she grew taller.

Next, Amy's fine as she is. She needs a personality change, not an age change.

Tails needs a Harem. I vote Tailes/Marine/Wave/Cream.

Um, Amy, as far as I've seen her in the games, is shorter than Rouge. Get me a comparsion pic, and I'll believe you.

True...But her mind grows older as well(i.e. she matures mentally.) When she is first changed, she is still the Amy we know and love. But as the fic goes on, she does mature...a little.
Also, like I said, Sonic is 16, and Amy is 12. I'm no loli fan, so this is my counter for it. Cream's ended up in similar situations(the fic I linked to being the best example), so, why not Amy? It'd be ORIGINAL for an Amy/Sonic pairing.

I haven't found any pics with both Amy and Rouge in them....but most of the pics I've found that have _Sonic_ and Rouge show her as being just a little taller than him. And this pic:



shows Amy as being just a tiny bit shorter than Sonic. Or the same height, it's kinda hard to tell. So, if anything, Amy is either shorter than Rouge by a very small amount (which, admittedly, is larger than it looks since they're not all that tall in the first place), or they're roughly the same height.

Yeah you really can't judge age when it comes to furries unless it's way obvious, like Cream and to a huge extent, Marine.

Oh it would be original I'm sure, but I just don't like people changing character's ages just because of the loli, and in such an abstract way too. You can always go to 'a few years later' and Amy would be 15 or something and then the tiny little 4 year gap would hardly matter.

Maturity doesn't come from age, it comes from experience.

JiigarGhen, good point... But, again, Amy is only 12, so she should be a bit shorter than Sonic is. An in-game pic of some kind could solve the problem, but I doubt we'll see one...For purposes of this fic, she could be a bit shorter to fit her age a bit.
This idea is unique(for Amy anyway,) so I'd like to at least see a snippet(taken SERIOUSLY!)

So, Amy is about six inches shorter than Rogue, and four inches shorter than Sonic; Rogue is two inches taller than Sonic, and two inches shorter than Knuckles.

As for the rest, I don't really care about Amy, so. Do what you like with the information. :huh.:

Ok...this means that your average Mobian(I'm using this for reference purposes) is about 3'6 on average...so Amy still has a growth spurt or two left in her...if you know what I mean.... :wub:

I'm a bit of a perv, I'll admit it...I'd just like to see this fic done.
