Most people here seem to be aquainted with this little comic, but surprisingly enough there hasn't been a thread to talk about it. I figured this injustice needed to be remedied.

So to start off, how do you think Black Mage is going to try to kill Fighter this time. Of all the things that have happened so far, I think what happened lately will be the last straw. White Mage has finally decided to become evil, and Fighter when and changed her mind because he thinks that Black Mage never said anything bad about him.

I predict that we will see Evilwizardington start researching that theoretical 10th level spell in order to purge Fighter from the world.

Well there was one thread talking about the Akatsuki members gaining the personality of 8bit characters.

I personally bet Blackmage is going for the tried and not true repeated stabbing with a knife technique.

I doubt it, considering Thief has died before. If anyone, it'll be Fighter or Red Mage.

I said, 'in a Fiend fight'.

Fighter also died before. Several times. So did Red Mage (in fact, he was the last one to 'die', against Kraken/Ur). If you noticed, the only character who really died was Black Belt - and even he died twice.

Actually BM also died but dying just made him more powerful after he took over hell..

And then he lost all of it after killing Lich.

Your point?
You said Blackbelt was the only one to truly die but that is not true. That was my piont.

The only time I remember Fighter dying is when he drowned and Swordopolis cut a hol in space time to save him. Redmage was eaten by a Dragon and a Kraken. Theif was mauled and saved by Raven(Sorta). Everyone knows of Black Mage, king of hell. And BB getting sliced and diced. The only one that hasn't had any sort of death is White Mage.

I'm wondering how Theif no longer believing in dragons will effect the fourth fiend battle. Also wondering how Chaos is going to be summoned for the final boss, since I doubt Garland is up to the task. (My money is on Black Mage either being directly responsible, or offering to serve as an avatar of death, he already mentioned praying to him in an early comic.)

Er, I meant as in 'dying for real', meaning they've joined Tellah, Aeris, and other characters in Heaven... though Black Belt probably took a wrong turn and now is in Hell.

Black Mage died but he came back to life without dying again. Doesn't count.

Methinks that Chaos will actually be summoned by either Sarda or White Mage. Sarda is an asshat that would do that kind of thing, IMO, or White Mage, purely by accident, like that of when she created the universe before Sarda could... I don't see Black Mage as the type that would summon Chaos with the intent on killing it simply because he just doesn't have what it takes to be the incarnation of disorder... That, and he'd probably come to realize that if he kills chaos, there's really nothing left for him to live for... Assuming of course that he does gain the powers of Chaos by killing it just like killing anything else of immense power gives him more power...

And so we see more of BM's creepiness. Seriously, being such a sociopath that you have to kill things while you pee...

...didn't he just not know what to say and he said the first word that came to mind? I don't think he actually peed.

Reviving this thread for epic necro. Nearly two years ^_^

Anyways, Black Mage just solo'ed the four fiends. He is kinda scary once again. I wonder if this will be enough cause for everyone to be scared like when he was king of hell.

One of the most frustrating things about 8bit is that Red Mage always seems to win against BM in arguments, fights, and whatnots.

It massively irritates me when the punchline for every joke of late is 'make fun of BM'.

I'm happy to see that its seemingly stopped for the moment.

Something tells me he should have stuck to using knives. This kind of reminds me of the time BM sent the Lich to hell. Speaking of witch, considering that BM is possibly using lighting with 'evil/dark' element or whatever on the four fiends...wouldn't it be a bad thing to use it on those who are evil and were dead before?

Or to make it worse, use it on the undead lich who's the ruler of hell?

Apparantly... it's not lightning or shadow magic...

BM just absorbed all the evil from some of the evilest things in the setting... and this is his second time...

Doesn't that confirm that Black Mage himself, is also one of most evilest things in the world?

Here is when he did it before, if anyone is interested.

1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 - List based upon nuklearpower forums.

The first time was when he absorbed his own evil reflection castle of ordeals.

I know... I recalled that.

It's just... the fact that he can do it multiple times... -_-;;;

Wow, this is new. BM just ganked White Mage, and now is facing off against Fighter. Was not expecting WM to get hit like that. And Fighter actually choosing to fight BM...

And Fighter might also have died after BM just psyched him. "I just noticed, you block using swords."

It seems that the light Warriors (besides Black Mage) seems to have actually stepped up to do their job. Impressive.

Not that it helped. Because with Fighter, you have to make sure. And BM did. And Thief now regrets he didn't hate him more. That was great. BM being evil is when he's at his best.

And now the toughest opponent is up, RM. The other character who's stupidity can warp reality to his will.
