I've never seen a fic that even played with the idea of Fem!Deidara. I only found out that there were people who thought he could be a girl when I started browsing this forum; probably because I was watching anime long before I was reading manga and his voice was clearly male.

Anywho, these are probably less "TFF culture" and more " random things we've talked about a few times".

Unrepentantly evil Itachi. He jumped at the chance to prove his mettle by killing his clan (and with permission to boot) and left his brother alive because he believed that Sasuke was the only one with the potential to match and now had ample motivation. He joined Akatsuki simply to test himself on their dangerous mission and because it gives him the opportunity to fight the very strongest of ninjas.

Naruto learns Shuriken KB to go with that Exploding KB, Tobi is Madara's soul inside Obito's body/Tobi is Madara, Neji fights Sasuke and the Bijuu just enjoy wrecking shit.
