Got this idea while reading the forum (around here, just a bit ago), so I wrote it up.
All the Servants summoned for the Fifth Holy Grail War are aspects of Arturia Pendragon, even in classes she's less than fully suited for. All of them remember the Fourth War, and most remember different versions of the Fifth (EDIT: That part can be left out, if it makes a better story).
Optionally, some of them may have their own version of Rider Alexander's Army of the King.
The one Shirou gets recalls the Fate route, and is pleasantly surprised to be back at the start, as that shouldn't be possible. She's probably still Saber.
Rin's Arturia, the Caster, recalls the UBW route, Good End, and living thirty years with Rin and Shirou, developing excellent skill with modern magecraft.
Ilya gets a Berserker, as she specifically called for that class, so instead of getting the Arturia from her hypothetical route, she gets one from the Heaven's Feel route, Bad End (Shirou fails to kill Saber Alter) - she looks like normal Saber Arturia with the Mad Enhancement off, and like Saber Alter (with the visor from PRISMA?ILLYA), with the Mad Enhancement on. Like Lancelot, her ME rank is C.
Because Ilya got the Arturia from Sakura's route, Sakura gets Rider Arturia from the hypothetical Ilya route, Harem End. Said harem was Ilya/Shirou/Arturia/Rin/Sakura/Medusa (and maybe Ayako and/or Sacchin (from Tsukihime), if you really want). She's even older than Caster Arturia, and can summon two possible mounts, but not at the same time: an awesome, armed and armoured, technomagical motorbike with the spirit if a horse, and Adult Shirou (EDIT: Perhaps she can call other members of Ilya's harem as mounts, especially if she has some version of Army of the King). She likes to be called 'Lily', looks like that pic, and is generally pretty cheerful.
The Archer is called by the unnamed Association magus who got Caster in canon, and abandons him as soon as possible. In her version of the Fifth, she was summoned by Emiya Ayako, and was the first or second Servant to appear. She practiced archery to pass the time, when she wasn't scouting, while waiting for the War proper to begin.
Lancer Arturia, called by Bazett, does not recall the true Fifth, instead remembering being the Sabers (yes, both of them) of Fate/hollow ataraxia.
If Assassin Arturia is called at all (most likely as False Assassin), she's probably from a world where for some reason, Arturia eventually accepted or agreed with Kiritsugu's methods in the Fourth War - which would require a hell of a lot of character development, to make any sense.
So, thoughts?
