Evangelion Alternate guardians for Asuka

Companion topic to the Shinji one, and I posted it due to Temjin-oh's post inb the misc ideas.

Amyway, it's the same as Shinji, replace Kaji with whoever you want.

My suggestions:

--M.Bison from Street Fighter II. Just because an Asuka somehow going Psycho Crusher on an Angel with her unit AMUSES ME.

--Aoi Sakuraba. Because it'd be a ludicrous contrast and would likely give Gendo a monster headache. He wants a messed up kid, not an uber-Yamato Nadeshiko.

--The distinguished mysterious gentleman called Lou Cypher. :unsure!: Don't mind the smell of brimstone in the general vicinity, I assure you it's nothing alarming... :snigger:

--The Great Khali. Just because I can.

--Kazuo Kiriyama. :evil2:

--Fran from Franken Fran. Y HALO THAR MAD SCIENTIST ASUKA.

--Neuro Nougami. Well, technically it's Yako Katsuragi, but we all know that all she'll ever be is a puppet. :snigger:

--Kratos from God of War. Don't ask how - he's a frigging God. Plus, are YOU going to tell him he can't do something?

I'd like to see NERV say anything resembling 'no' to M. Bison. Or to Neuro, for that matter. Granted, there'd be a major staff replacement after all's said and done.

As for Lucifer, you actually think he'd let them know just how badly things would end if she was given to him? When it comes to 'manipulating things to his advantage', I'll take THE DEVIL over a bunch of idiots who can't even properly control a few teenagers.

Doesn't matter how good NERV and SEELE think they are at the whole manipulating thing. Anything they are doing, Lou Cypher invented before they were even born.

Hmmm... maybe reverse the roles. Asuka, seeing how Naru treats Keitaro, desides on different methods, to one up her guardian.

What exactly the methods are, would be up to the author.

Has anyone noticed, if there is a Love Hina and Neon Genesis crossover centered on the children, that Shinji ends up with Shinobu? I just can't see it myself, despite having read one, and seen another. A third centered on Keitaro/Misato, and a fourth was mere training under Motoko, but Shinobu was not yet introduced, so it is possible it would go that way as well.

Slight copy/paste from my original post in 'Alternate Guardians For Shinji' thread...

Sanger Zonvolt of Super Robot Wars: Original Generations fame. Would instruct Asuka in the finer points of close-quarter combat, especially with all variations of giant swords, but also teach her how to focus her anger, and not let it control her. Can only help Asuka in the long run... girl seriously needs either psychiatric care, or else the tranquility that necessary meditation can provide, given that any form of martial arts requires peace of mind to master.

Long-time comrade, Elzam von Branstein likewise taking in Shinji as a ward... giving the one-time total wuss unequaled long-range combat ability, plus mad cooking skillz that only Iron Chef champions could equal; Shinji's resulting newfound self-confidence can only give him a smoothness with women that his guardian has displayed on several occasions.

Gilliam Yeager would likewise have to mentor Rei, given their rather... mysterious origins, and rather reclusive social tendencies... although Gilliam is somewhat more sociable; End result, Rei gets a newfound perspective on humans that can only be bad for Gendo's plans for Instrumentality, as well as a perfectly balanced combat approach, both short and long ranges.

Kai Kitamura makes an appearance later on to beat-down Toji into a proper example of a controlled, yet truly hot-blooded soldier; hell, it supposedly did wonders for Masaki Andoh (also from SRW), and he and Toji have far too many personality traits in common... okay, so Masaki didn't really change all that much, but he didn't act quite so reckless as he does for the first few stages that he appears (storyline-wise, anyways.)

Remember that NERV also has to deal with what's left of Hereti Corp and possibly AyleeOrgNet.Com depending upon the timeline.

Asuka recruiting from the Dimension of Pain and other demonic realities...the angels had better run for it.

I wonder if the Rei clones count as innocents, if so that sword becomes a monster.

It occurs to me, that not only would she get disipline, she would get an interesting view on a three way relationship (approved by the old admiral in the series, one his girlfriend, the other his mistress).

Could make for an odd relationship with both Shinji and Rei and her.

It also has the advantage of a story using a series almost never used for fan fiction, as I've only seen a couple.

2. She would treat Shinji probably worse then in Canon as a male (spineless wimp would be redundant in her opinion)

4. I would like to see her ignore buildings when running towards Angels in her EVA causing untold collateral damage

I should point out, this is more fanon than canon. no proof in canon that as a society, they treat all males that way.
