Bleach Bleach: Memories of Nobody

So, the fansubs for the latest Bleach movie are out. Probably have been for a bit, since I'm watching it on imeem right now. Any thoughts, anyone? It seems to me that they're downplaying the power levels. At oe point, Ichigo goes down and passes out after getting stabbed through the stomach after pulling out his bankai. Compare to his fight with Kenpachi where the two of them inflict multiple mortal wounds to each other (including a slice across the chest that should have hit the heart), or his last fight with Grimmjow where he took multiple skyscraper-blasting darts to the back with little damage. There wasn't even the massive cloud-explosion that tends to accompany the massively powerful attacks, either.

Not to mention Ukitake being held off by what amounted to a member of the Colorful Mook Squad. Granted, he was almost certainly sealed down to 1/5th power because of entering the real world, but he's still one of the most powerful Captains in Soul Society.

Also, apparently a deadline of an hour to get to the Real World, enter the alternate dimension, rescue Senna, and get out was supposed to be something meaningful to the Captains, as it was the excuse Yamamoto refused giving Ichigo backup. You know, despite the fact they're fast enough to fight battles in split seconds and run faster than the speed of sound.

Well, that'd probably explain it then. I was wondering how long it'd take the whole "everyone forgets about Ichigo" bit to get started. Where's a blushing smilie where you need one? I guess that's what I get for searching for "bleach movie 3" and then not bothering to check whether the name's accurate or not.

Man, the new movie looks awesome. Can't wait for it to come out. It'll take a while though. :blue:

Could you be so kind as to link what relevant information brought this up.

I'm assuming you're talking about the Rukia centered one of course (At least I think that's what the third one was about... meh on principle).

Bout how long did it take for the second movie to be subbed after it was released?

Edit: http://www.watchanimeon.com/bleach-episode-200/ in the opening credits.

... THAT WAS REAL!? I though that was just fanart... holy cow... Still meh though, especially since I'm only seeing 3-4 baddies against WAY too many captains... Why the hell is it that the first one was the only one that got it right, despite being utterly lame? (Ah right, the random Sue...)

Ichigo vs. Komamura is interesting though, and it appears he'll also be facing Hitsugaya, which should have happened in the last one.

Took about six months. In order for most groups to do subs, they request the DVD rips.

We should be getting Fade to Black pretty soon.
Awesome. I really can't wait.

For the record, I greatly enjoyed Diamond Dust, despite others thinking it "average."

Diamond Dust made up for the meh middle with the ending at least, and also finally creating some hollows that look like a challenge rather than trying to suggest captains would have trouble with mooks of all things...

Definitely better than the first at least. Words could not describe how much I hated that ending, and that Sue was plain annoying.
