Even though I haven't really been keeping up with Grim Tales or PPGD, I have to say.

Chi is very adorable, in a creepy yandere sort of way. Also a very interesting design to her eyes. Reminds me of Black Rock Shooter eyes.

And the last panel on the, ugh, flashback, with Mimi and Chi is just cute.

I still don't like the fathers.

Oh, I just noticed Mimi's tail wagging before she pounced.

From what I have seen on the forums it looks like there might be some retcons going on. Bleedman has written himself into a couple of corners and his stuff has really gotten out there. He supposedly has a new editor that is trying to bring it back into a coherent story.

That'll require a pretty big net, but I'd like to see this in a more coherent storyline. He does pretty good work, but like they said it has so many threads hanging around that it's a strangling hazard.

Maybe with fewer flashbacks.

This just brought disturbing images and implications that Aku may or may not have seduced Jack, and kept the child in a whim of lingering feminine feelings for him.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to take a nuclear shower and drink tons of brain bleach to get that thought out of my head.

In all fairness, alot of Bleedman stuff is wierd, so it's as possible as anything. Makes the being yandere even stranger somehow in my mind.

So... why do immortals like Aku and Him need heirs? Aku is literally a fragment of something that is older than the planet earth...? I suppose that from a perspective of preparation it makes sense in case one of them was fully destroyed, but both of them never struck me as characters who would acknowledge that that was even a possibility...

I doubt HIM saw mimi as an heir as much as a toy to mess with. As for others...

...I'd guess they're planning on retiring someday or something.

I just realized that I feel like I've seen Fem!Aku's face before, minus the green.

That hair and that mole reminds me someone, but I cannot remember at the top of my head.

OTOH, liking Fem!Aku for all her fanservice-y worth.

Isn't Fem!Aku just Ikra from that one post-woolies ep of Samurai Jack? You know, the one where Aku spent the whole episode posing as a female swordswoman to get Jack to let his guard down and managed by his very presence to screw up that eps attempt at time travel?
