Well, my knowledge of Hellsing isn't flawless, by any means...
But somehow, I don't see Alucard being willing to make Naruto into a monster. Not saying he's a good guy, just that he seems to have a code of honor that he alone knows and follows.
Naruto had no choice in what was done to him and he is merely a baby, so, if anything, I see him actually not allowing his power to mingle with Naruto (aside from maybe healing/immortality).
The most interesting way I could see it playing out would be something similar to the idea I posted about the seal being powered by Naruto's own chakra. So, by continually 'pushing at the bars,' without actually trying to get out, Alucard could force Naruto's own chakra up to insane levels... but still leave him untouched by 'the power of a monster.'
Then just use a new twist on an old idea... a lot of stories have Naruto able to summon the Kyuubi. So what if Naruto could call out Alucard, with the same kind of controls on him that Integra had?
That way Naruto would be able to deal with most problems on his own, he would be insanely powerful, he would likely have no idea how to use that power, and if he hits a spot where he absolutely can't handle his enemy... he has the biggest badass on the planet as his pet No Life King.
Plus, having the Kyuubi attack later on would be massively amusing... just think about it. The Kyuubi laughs at Alucard, crushes him, then continues laughing, only to suddenly stop when he notices that Alucard is once again standing in front of him.
"Are you done yet? I would really like to kill you, and get this over with."
And someone mentioned the idea of Integra showing up... I think it is far more likely that Alucard went on a rampage because she died, and he was hoping to find someone who could kill him.
Seriously, if Integra was alive, vampire or not, do you think she'd allow him to go apeshit?
