Not a bad idea. I propose that this also be a place to blacklist people from groups. Reasons are preferred and try to take every name here with some salt. We don't want to make enemies of half the server.........

Honestly, I've only heard about his/her past exploits these last few days. Apparently, he's stolen from other players. Either loot, gear, or what, I have no idea. From the disparaging comments on his character at SW, I think it's a safe bet to say that we don't want anything to do with him.

Ah, finally, a guild with a working blacklist. I've threatened blacklisting before on my other characters, but never had any way to back up my threats. Mmm...
edit: ya, I heard about Panties (what they all call him) on the trade channel myself, and I heard him admit to taking everything from his old guild's vault. Not trustworthy. Ever.

Just outta curiosity, can priests cast five or six debuffs at once? I ran into a Horde BE Priest two levels below me, and he hit me with something like that. I almost killed him, but he ended up getting me.
Now, I really don't think you can cast that many debuffs in one hit, so I'm gonna go out on a limb and say he was cheating... a macro or something, probably. If someone confirms that a level 31 priest cannot do that, and that he was cheating, I'll add his name to this list.

ain, shadow weaving, vampiric embrace, the other two I can't think off the top of my head, probably blackout and silence. I think BE have a racial attack too.I'll confirm that. Even without a macro if his debuffs were on the right keys... and BEs have Arcane Torrent, which silences everything within 8 yards for two seconds and, if they've mana tapped, restores some mana (not much, it's something like 2*level per Mana Tap buff on the caster, real calculations on that are available on the BE race page on the wow website)

Um, a macro just performs a more complicated function easily for you... it cant be used to perform something a character cannot do. For instance, I, on my pally, have a macro that turns righteous defense (the pally taunt) into a taunt that works more like warriors one (where instead of having to target the teammate I want to grab aggro from, I can continue to target the mob attacking them). I also use a macro on my shaman that lets me drop 4 different totem with the same button.
Also... You should really armory people if you plan on killing them. From the looks of it, this Toxicity fellow doesnt exist (or rather, you just have his name spelled wrong), and that Heckler fellow is geared out in a mix of s2 and s3, which means he'll own your faces for a long time coming in duels, even after you hit 70.

Maybe he had friends? And there are some things that arent' on that half-second global cooldown, though they aren't spells, they're consumable items (food/water), though maybe arcane torrent's not on the global, I don't recall (I barely use it or even think about it). Anyway, even one priest can cast enough debuffs quickly enough that if you aren't paying attention when he hits you with the first few it can seem like he's hit you with three or four at once.
edit: ya, I've got one "silly" macro and one serious on my mage: the silly one yells "HAAKA PAALE!!!" (which, I've been told, is Finnish, roughly translating as "Cut them down!") and activates Mana Shield, the serious one puts a focus on one enemy and lets me polymorph that one even with a different enemy targeted. I also used to have one that put a big x-shaped pair of "Gratz"s down five lines of guild chat for when someone put out a ding, but that one hasn't been working for some reason.
edit2: my dad subscribes to a Latin (as in the language) e-mail mailing list and he found out recently that there's a new guild on some server that does things only in Latin. I figure that if they're horde on Darrowmere we can grief them for being so highbrow at some point. Just a thought.

the global cool down is 1.5 seconds. However, spriests have a few debuffs that are talent based, and occur on spellcast, and are not spells themselves. You were probably Shadow Word pained, vamp embraced/vamp touched, had Blackout proc on you, had shadow-weaving proc on you, then were mindflayed. They could have also dropped a devouring plague on you, if they were undead, but thats rather unlikely.
Spriests are rather strong 1v1. They ain't as broken as a resto druid is in 2v2, but they ARE overpowered.
