If there is a threadd for help finding fics I can not find it. But there is an older fic that I cannot locate any more.
Basically Kakashi is set forth to train team seven differently and he actually starts pretty brutally.
The things I can remember of the story are:
Kakashi breaking Sasuke's finger during their intro and using enough Killing intent to turn their lips blue.
Naruto basically killing Gara in the chunin exams, I think he used a propane tank covered in explosive tags
Team 7 entering the ANBU after Kakashi taking over as Hokage
Danzo being banished to the Suna borders
Team 7 becomes basically Konoha's counter for Akatsuki by being a team to take down jinchuuriki.
