So, I was talking with a friend, and here's what we came up with.

Shirou: Ride of the Valkyries - Wagner
Sakura: Forever Yours - Nightwish
Archer: Iron Man - Black Sabbath
Saber: Everdream - Nightwish
Ilya: The World - Kaijura Yuki
Berserker: Animal I have become - Three Days Grace
Rider: Bring Me To Life - Evanescence
Gilgamesh: TNT - AC/DC
Shinji: I'm Not Okay - My Chemical Romance

Thoughts on the selections, and ideas about possible songs for other characters?

Well, I've thought "Bring Me To Life" fitted pretty well with Sakura when listening to it before, but her and Rider are pretty similar (obviously...), so it probably fits her pretty well too. I don't think I've ever heard the one you chose for Sakura, so I can't comment on that.

I've thought "(only semi-seriously) that Boulevard of Broken Dreams" might fit for Sakura before, too, although mainly because of the line "my shadow's the only one that walks beside me"....
