Civil War: Third Side of the Coin

Let's say that after the Lordwardian Invasion where Ron Stoppable stops the invaders and is seen using the MMP to it's full potential. People are afraid and the Stamford Incident has happened a few weeks before the invasion and the superhero community was caught off-guard because of in-fighting. Civil War happens and during the first battle Goliath is killed and Wade Load, who is Goliath's brother or cousin is upset at pro-SHRA heroes. Ron and his family are being stood over by the government cape-killers and Kim's father is being questioned by government officials at NASA.

Where would they stand in the Civil War and why?

i don't have a doubt that Kim and Ron would at the very least register they are too goody goody to do anything else as for wade who knows
