Don't know if it's been rec'd yet but I just read X-force vol one and two (the ones with warpath, X23, Wolfsbane and Wolverine on one cover and Wolverine and Domino on the other) and holy shit is it awesome.

Scott actually went up a notch in my respect-o-meter and thats saying something

I just read What If - Spider-Man Back in Black: What if MJ got shot instead of Aunt May. Awesome issue, Iron-man was a pompous asshole, even Aunt May was an ungrateful bitch  . And she was being held hostage by a S.H.I.E.L.D agent so that Spidey can stand down. :headbanger:

Killing Fisk was probably the best move Spidey ever made. Punched the Kingpin so hard, his heart exploded. :hail:

Wish they made a sequal to it with Peter having his trial, telling the court that MJ was the price paid for Stark's new world order. I would also like to know the reaction of the Mighty Avengers and The New New Avengers about MJ's death.

Axe Cop It's a webcomic that's drawn by a professional artist with the writing given by his 5 year old brother.

Amazingly drawn and just utterly hilarious. Try it out.

It seems I didn't quite explain how awesome Planetary really is.

Let Me explain using examples

PULP HEROES VS AU JLA!

TARZAN GETS KICKED OUT OF WAKANDA FOR SCREWING GIRLS!

THE FANTASTIC FOUR KILL THE GREEN LANTERN, SUPERMAN, AND WONDERWOMAN!

THE HUMAN TORCH'S DAD IS THE SHADOW, WHO IS THE LONE RANGER'S SON!

DRACULA GETS KICKED SO HARD IN THE BALLS THAT THEY BREAK OFF!

MYSTICAL GURU VS JSDF INSIDE GODZILLA'S CORPSE!

NONE OF THESE ARE SPOILERS!

Wow. Interesting concept, there.

Anyone with even a passing interest in Warhammer should read Deff Skwadron. Featuring, for instance, Killboy, 67 confirmed kills, and a whole 43 of those being the enemy.

Nextwave - Agents of H.A.T.E. Five pirate super-heroes versus a terrorist-sponsored corporation that is testing their unusual weapons of mass destruction on the unsuspecting American public.

They have a themesong.

Ok, I was reading the summary of the Return of Bruce Wayne arc DC is working on and for all the writers seem to be going for nerdgasms over their nods to older comics it sounds likey they're making almost every Elseworld set in the past with Batman into a reality as he fights through time back to the present day.

Anyone else getting the vibe we're going to see Elseworlds turned into some kind of strange neo-canon?

Probably not all of them, but several Elseworlds became part of the 52 universes that existed between Infinite Crisis and Final Crisis.

That makes sense, they're talking about some major apocalyptic culmination when Bruce finally reclaims the cowl. Another hypertime event "Crisis" would work.

I thought the Batman Elseworlds technically were canon after 'Whatever Happened To The Caped Crusader'.

Waning : Batman Beyond Spoilers. Highlight the white text below if you want to know. Or hit the link. Either or.

Okay, I have to stop cruising wikipedia for stuff. I just got a review of the first issue of the the four issue set going on for a comic future Batman Beyond verse. As expected it's way darker than the cartoon but what I saw was a mindblower. This is set a few months after Return of the Joker I guess since Tim is still recovering but here's the crux of it...

Dick Grayson went evil.

The original Robin has taken the mantle of Hush to kill off all of Bruce's old rogues to "orphan him again" since the classic RG are the only people Bruce seems to care about.

I have to hope this is another mind-control swerve because I can't picture any version of Dick going this loco. And if he did, ol' Short Pants needs a serious beatdown. Like yesterday.

Anyway, here's the link:

You have some probelms with your formatting. Two of those lines are bunched together.

Not really. I just used a smaller font that made it looked a little cramped in the spoiler to make it slightly harder to read.
