Sadly, that's an option only available to Kage (as I'm sure you're aware). "tsunade" has already been let into Rasta, and has not yet focused the ire of Arwint (Rasta-kage).
It's rather annoying to have to sift through a lot of "tsunade"'s messages, in order to read any of the rest. <_<

Edit - Hey i just had an idea lets start recruiting his village from under him. Convince them to leave Nendo and go to places like Rukodaime(forgive me if i spelled this wrong) if they wouldn't mind taking them or anywhere else in the Alliance that will accept them.
