I thought of this idea while chatting with Lord Raa.
Genma never takes ranma on his training trip. He is on the run from Nodoka's family for something, didn't figure it out yet. Leaving Nodoka with a 6 year old Ranma.
The ordeal with Genma has made nodoka lose some touch of reality. So for the next 10 years she is sexually molesting Ranma as well as home schooling him (can't have the kid find out what she is doing is really wrong, can we?). Until she is caught (ratted out by a neighbor or something) and sent to jail for her deeds.
Ranma is then put in the care of Soun Tendo and his 3 daughters. This is where it gets a little bit darker. Nabiki and/or Akane start to molest/abuse him as well. Nabiki sees him as nothing more than a sex toy, just doesn't need batteries. Akane sees him as a way to get revenge for the stuff she has to put with at school. Soun never notices anything because....well, when has he noticed something serious going on? Kasumi knows what's going on, but won't do anything because she refuses to believe that her family could be so cruel, turning to her own warped reality.
But, while Ranma is out one day, he runs into Kodachi (who is also being abused by her father). They find solace in each other. One molestee to another.
Now, someone can take this and turn it into a bittersweet love story. Or keep it dark and have them still be molested by people who say they love him.
One other idea added to it. Nodoka gets out of jail, and she want's her baby back.
What will happen?
It's up to who writes it.
