Give him a break, he's still understandable, unlike others who forget punctuation and capital letters. Do I need to remind you of the user 007 who used to be around quite a while back, and was not only grammatically limited, but also unintelligible even though he often posted only single sentences of four or so words?

And frankly, I find certain tl; dr posters on this site a lot more headache inducing than him.

Ugh... I... No words.

Op added a capital letter to the first word. Thus I am satisfied.

To me? It was epic. Spartan beat the samurai. Guess what was the difference maker in that fight.

Funny. But no it was the Spartan's superior defensive capabilities especially the Spartan's legendary shield.

To be fair, samurai weapons aren't designed to deal with sturdy enough shields. A samurai bases himself on taking down the enemy in one hit, and generally they only have to worry about very flimsy, non-metal armor. While Spartan shields were, IIRC, made of bronze, they were still tougher than anything Japan had to offer in the way of light, portable armor. And a katana is a terrible weapon to take to a shield.

Also, for the record, OP isn't of English mother language. That's why I said give him a break.

Note the particular samurai armor they showed was steel plate it was also ancient hell they tested a spartan spear and the spear bent when it impacted that armor. But it looked more designed for movement and quickness rather than defense unlike spartans which there bronze armor and shield was designed for defense.

still samurai fared better than spartans first opponent the ninja

By far. IIRC Spartan vs Samurai was the closest ancient warrior matchup.

Now, Spetsnaz vs IRA was a whole other story...somebody got completely :lonegunman: 'd, and it wasn't the Reds.

Indeed and the guys representing the ninja after they lost said the ninja would kill the spartan in his sleep.

Oh so brave to bad this isn't a worlds deadliest assassin they might have won if that was the case.

that's what they (the hosts/judges) said in the after battle webisode after a lot of, IMHO, Narutards went on a flame war. Jutsu, including the taijustu, don't exist numbnuts.

Uh...actually, jutsu, especially taijutsu did exist. What you're thinking of as not existing is Kuji-in, popularised as 'ninjutsu' in some modern ninja stories.

The magic stuff or kuji-in as the poster above said that naruto ninjas do is what does not exist fireballs and the like with out devices yeah. Also im not surprised the shaolin monk was taken out early no armor and barely if any battle experience.

Well, it seemed more like he was just an idiot who decided that if it was in a cartoon, then it must not be real.

In terms of better strategist, Alexander, no contest.

Better warrior? Attila, very likely. He was always at the head of his armies, and participated actively in battles (as a Hun king, he had to, or he'd lose his men's respect), while Alexander was rarely in the frontlines, and one such occasion was what ultimately killed him (it was a combination of an infected wound and dysentery, according to reports).

Agreed if its one on one combat Attila will kill Alexander but if it isn't and its army to army Alex will school Attila in military strategy

Yes, because bringing your fists to a swordfight is a smart idea... Alexander knowing how to punch and grapple is pretty much immaterial when the other guy uses sharp death dealing instruments of maiming in abundance. Because, y'know, reach.

true attila didn't bother with fists in that fight when he got to hand to hand it was repel alexander to reach his sword alex should have went for his weapon rather than use his fists

I like this show but sometimes they leave me with a WTF moment. The spartans "STEEL" shortsword.... and the fact the spear proven ineffective aginst the Samurai's armor still made quite a few kills. I like the show but it is still a "show" and not a real comparison.
