No, he looks much the same in his two cards, sewn mouth and all, just significantly more badass in one.

But while the art is awesome I repeat the sexualization of the females is quite apparent.

Case in point, they gave Mermaimon an ass.

And Harpymon is now definitely female.

But the art is still badass and gives some Digimon who desperately need some good art a chance to be in the spotlight.

Once again I realize that Japan just does not "get" Catholicism.

I'd put it more as they don't care about Catholicism. Isn't it a minor religion in Japan? At least in other anime, the only real things they use from it are the religious academies & making fun of heaven & hell. Heh, now that I think of it, since digimon came into being because of the internet, why wouldn't there be warped interpretations? But anyways, as with pokemon, I'd say they're scraping the bottom of the barrel for new designs. All that's left are fetishes & 'art nouveau.'

All right having looked at that artists site through the provided link I have just one thing to say.

WHY IS JAPANESE SO HARD TO LEARN? I WANT TO READ WHAT IS ON THAT SITE! BEING ABLE TO ONLY GET HALF OF WHAT IS POSTED (the pictures) SUCKS!

Okay I am done now. But I would dearly love a translation on some of those names (the ones that are not posted in English) and would pay to see translations on their profiles.

BREAKING NEWS TWO NEW DIGIMON ANNOUNCED, PLUTOMON, which we all saw coming eventually, AND FINALLY AFTER SO MANY YEARS AN ULTIMATE LEVEL FORM FOR TYRANOMON!

Plutomon, Lord of the Underworld, who evolves from Cerberumon.

And RustTyranomon, evolved form of MetalTyranomon.

So what do you all think of the new additions?

RustTyranomon looks interesting, and Plutomon does look like he could have some potential.

You know since he is a possible evolution of Dobermon I just can't help but picture Plutomon standing behind Alice when she say she is there to help the Tamers. At least then he is likely to survive giving them their "gift" even if it knocks him down to a lower level form.

But seriously while he does have an interesting design I really hope Plutomon is not evil, but like Anubismon another "judge" who decides who goes to the Dark Area and who does not.

Or possibly a warden who makes sure no one escapes.

But I am prepared to be disappointed.

But on the other hand now that MetalTryanomon is finally getting an Ultimate Level Form it opens the door for other older Digimon. Maybe MasterTyranomon will get his own evo as well.

Awesome. And that just makes my "Plutomon as Alice's partner" idea even better.

Though it is odd that they have him out before the other three Olympus Twelve have been announced.

I wonder what Bacchus, Juno, and Jupiter will be like. Though I think that Jupitermon might keep with the animal theme of some of the Olympus Twelve and have elements of an Eagle I can't for the life of me imagine how they will handle Junomon (marriage, and family though she might have a peacock theme) and Bacchusmon (wine and revelry, makes one wonder what they will be able to sneak past the censors).

And not evil, you have no idea how good it feels to finally dodge that bullet. The whole time I felt like I was just standing there with it coming at me in slow motion, inevitable and unstoppable.

So it looks like they are trying to finish up the Olympus Twelve, who do you think is next Juno or possibly Bacchus or Vesta. It should be interesting to see what they decide between for the latter.
