Seriously, I haven't seen ONE fic where the Dragonborn was pure evil. The closest ones I've seen were ones where he/she was in the Dark Brotherhood, but those fics are mostly made to pair said Dragonborn with Cicero. I'd like tips on how to make a fic where the Dragonborn would set his sights on all of Skyrim, taking out the Empire, Stormcloaks and Thalmor one at a time. And all while being the most evil bastard ever seen. I'd think that a Dragonborn specializing in Illusion would have a decent shot at that, but what do you guys think?

Depends which evil you want.
Silly, cartoonish, moustache-twirling, card-carrying evil? Easy as hell. Might even be made of lulz and epic if done properly.
Actual evil? Have him be a magnificent bastard and manipulate everyone against everyone, while establishing himself as the next emperor.
-turn the Blades into his personal guard/servants/
-Join Stormcloaks/Legion, and become leader of said faction while eliminating the opposite one, and any members of his own faction that would go against his plans.
-Destroy the Dark Brotherhood. Too much risk there.
-Subvert the Thieves Guild.
-Become THE Vampire Lord.
-Deal with the Daedra.
-bla bla bla
Overall, I think the point here is to give the protagonist a goal, noble or not, and then have him work towards it. Perhaps under the creed that the end justifies the means, where he'd perhaps be more of a Knight Templar than evil. Unless the end is WORLD CONQUEST!

Have him become Alduin's right-hand man. Possibly with a Starscream agenda on the side. Doesn't get all that more evil than willingly aiding the soul-eating dragon god who wants to destroy the world.

The Thalmor are dicks, the Empire tried to lop his head off, the Stormcloaks are arrogant racists, the Wood Elves are cannibals, the Argonians are ALSO dicks, nobody cares about the Khajiit, and given how they were cursed by their own goddess, the Dunmer might welcome oblivion as a blessing after all the shit they went through.
And the Akaviri races are basically eldritch abominations waiting to happen.
Why struggle? Burn the world! Then maybe something better will rise from the ashes.
