Ladies and Gents once more the time is upon us.

For a great many weeks we were blessed with reliable FF.net access. But today?

FanFiction.Net ErrorAn error has occurred while processing your request.

Please email this error message to via support@fanfiction.com.

All errors are logged for administrative and security purposes.
YES!

THE CRIT ERRORS ARE UPON US AGAIN.

Of course it could also be that stupid bot flooding the servers.

Looks like you missed the errors FF.net was throwing out last week or so.

Didn't notice anything odd last week. This thing on the other hand is quite annoying.

I can't access any favorites list at all on firefox. IE works fine.

What is wrong with this picture?

And how can I fix it?

Why would you want to... FireFox... Bleagh...

Still have had no issues myself with FF.NET of late but admittedly have no favorites through the site.

So, has ff.net been absurdly slow/derped entirely for anyone else this week?

Cuz right now it's giving me 503 errors.

No, but it just started giving me errors when I tried to review a fic.

Also can't access my account, though fics are still there.

I've been unable to download any new fics from ff.net onto my kindle via the fanfictiondownloader online app found here:

http://fanfictiondownloader.net/webversion_kindle.php

Anyone else using it have issues? I assume some other people are using it, because its the only decent online alternative I know of to Flag which is now blocked.

FanFictionDownloader.NET the standalone PC version I can say is still working fine, I just tested it.

While *I* hate, for reasons I shall not go into again, there is the FanFicDownloader Plugin for Calibre.

Ditto.

I just tested it with two newly updated fics to make sure. No issues in my end.

EDIT: I was going to try the web version, but noticed it is limited to Kindle users only.

I'd like a QoL change to FF.net. They should have an account specific (meaning you have to be logged on for it to work, that way you can still clear you cookies without disrupting it) way of keeping track of the last chapter you read for a story. There are a couple stories on my list that update multiple chapters at a time. Not only that, but I go through a couple different fandoms, with one usually taking all attention for a while. When I go back to one fandom or another, and it's been a while since I read a story, I have no idea what the last chapter was. Depending on how long it's been, that means I either reread it entirely or I have to go searching for the last chapter. A simple way of keeping track of that would be greatly appreciated.
