Ever had a idea that blew up into something new? I had one....
-----------------------
One inch. One second. One mistake. A single thing can change alot.
Due to a small change that happened at the end of the last war, Kiritsugu Emiya's attempt to stop the Grail war ended up buying an extra five years before the next one.
Instead of ten years like canon, fifteen has past. The teenagers in canon are now grown up and much that shouldn't have changed has.
In one house, a man who usually dreams about swords will dream of fire, unknowingly noticing that the flames are threatening to return and devour that which he has built.
A heir returns from time away, entering danger yet bringing more danger than even she realizes.
The shadows of the Matou could only grow darker in the extra years. It now hides a secret that could destroy both the Emiya and Tohsaka households.
Watching all of this, a priest can only laugh in expectation of what's to come.
-----------
I think I over did it a bit.
Basically this is a 'what if' scenario which pushes how far things can change with a few extra years between the fourth and fifth war.
An example would be that Rin never found out that Shirou was a Magi in high school, nor would she found out the Matou's treatment of Sakura. Her school days went peacefully by before she went to London for a few years to study. Personality wise, she's still similar to her canon counterpart with the exception of a shorter fuse temper wise.
In turn, Shirou didn't learn how to properly use his Magic Circuits from her. If it wasn't for a certain event, he'd still be using his nervous system to pratice Magecraft.
Should I run with this or dump it?
