Hmm... let me see...

Mary Jane Watson-Parker
Felicia Hardy/Black Cat (you want to make Spidey's life more interesting, pull a Betty and Veronica triangle with her -- I won't object to a OT3 :p)
Jean Grey (but mainly in her Dark Phoenix version)
Psylocke
Kitty Pryde/Shadowcat

Pretty short list.

Karima Shapandar, or Omega Sentinel as she's called when on 'official' missions.

God, codenames are dumb. I remember that was the entire reason why Rictor didn't want to join X-Force at first. He thought they all were a bunch of funkily dressed quacks with weird-sounding nicknames. He relented on the nickname - although since his last name is Richter, 'Rictor' is pretty close - but not on the costumes, and he adamantly refused to wear a X-Force uniform, instead often going around in sweatshirt and denim pants. Took Cable forcing him to get him in an uniform. (and he was ever only in an uniform during Liefeld's X-Force run, so he looked like shit in it, too).

Also, I remember people asking Shatterstar where he got his codename, to which he responded it was his actual name and humans were all stupid.

I've quite liked various incarnations of X-23 and Rogue but I think a lot of the female characters seem to act as side characters mixed with eye candy. Maybe I don't know enough about the universe anymore. Who's a badass feminist who takes charge and cracks skulls?

I think that would be She-Hulk. Both a practicing Lawyer and Superhero.
