Best of them is probably the already mentioned 'Changing Path' by Xerxez.
However, there are a fair number of other ones, here are a couple more I liked:

In Day by Night the Hellsing organisation sends Seras and Alucard to Nerima, because they heard of two new vampires helping the populace there. Ranma and Nabiki agree to help Hellsing in their fight, IIRC. It later turns into a multi-crossover though. I think Devil Hunter Yohko and Sailor Moon are also included.
In Day by Night: Head Westward Ranma and Nabiki go to London to find help in breaking the sexual dependance spell placed on Nabiki. So far this is only Ranma/Hellsing and I don't have any plans to include any other series. They also aren't involved (be it as allies or enemies) with any of the factions in the Hellsing manga, yet.

As Foesjoe said, yes, there is.
The main line did start out something like that, but the act was not deliberate, actually more in the prequel thread this one sprouted from, but evolved into a much better story.
It has a number of funny parts, and would like to see it continued. The Kodachi angle was a bit much, but I'm curious as to where the authors were going with it.
The mainline does have Sailor Moon and a bit of Devil Hunter Yohko in it. I've been hoping Ranma/Nabiki run into Sailor Venus again, as they owe her a fairly large dose of payback, considering the rotten and despicable thing she did to them. I would think turnabout is fair play. Since she ratted them out, they could at least rat out Rei, or alternatively use the info to backtrack Venus, as she is smart enough and vengeful enough to do it. Alternatively, get the name or names and hold it over their head as them being better than the scouts.
What Foesjoe was working on is the alternate Head Westward thread, which is a different directin, but n interesting one of them going to England for solutions to their problems.

The fics listed previously don't have a Ranma/Britanny pairing in them. The only fic that I can remember with a Ranma/Britanny pairing would be Broken Hearts Combined. It's rather old, in script format, and not too good. I'm pretty sure there's quite a few AA threads with the pairing.
Unfortunately the first couple of chapter tend to be a bit dry but once you get further the enemies tend to get smarter and characters gotta make harder decisions oh well each to his own but i find that when allen walker got his arm blown off and had some1 shove his arm into his heart a rather morbid picture but allen dark side is rather funny.
(His darkside is caused by his sensei training whos a mixed of genmas habit of collecting lots of debt and let the student take care of it as well as insane training lessons {e.g getting allen to go catch a lion while in africa for him to see plus getting him to do menial labour for physical training plus money to pay for his masters debts} but with seijuro hiko, kenshin's sensei from rurouni kenshin,sarcastic, egotistical ,punishing taskmaster, the skill in combat and the ability to nail any beautiful woman or girl. Heck he managed to somehow seduce or was it attract both a mother and daugther attention and wooed a whole group of woman without being there when allen told his story about him trying to emphasize on his bad points to a partner] lol, a classic bad boy that some woman would like. :evil2:
