Depends what you want. I can't advice on ongoing series but some good ones are...
Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E.: An extremely funny Marvel comic with some really weird stuff going on. Currently sort-of in continuity.
Empowered by Adam Warren: Very funny and very good superhero comic done in a greyscale manga style. Started off as a series of bondage fetish drawings (no nudes) and grew form there.
Villains United /
Secret Six by Gail Simone. DC comic. Very, very good. Gail Simone is a excellent writer. The comic brings together a cast of villains and has them fight other villains. The inter character drama is great too.
Gotham City Sirens by Paul Dini. DC comic. Another villain cast, this time Catwoman, Poison Ivy, and Harley Quinn. They team up and commit crime. A touch light hearted and a great read.
Noble Causes by Jay Faerber. Set in the Image 'universe' (quotes because Image has a very loose universe. Characters sometimes meet but the titles aren't really related in a strict sense). It follows the lives of the Nobles, a wealthy superhero family, verging on dynasty. Some superhero fights but mostly inter character drama.
Invincible by writer Robert Kirkman and artist Cory Walker. Another Image comic. Stars Mark Grayson. He's a normal high school student, save for the fact that his father is Omni-Man, the most powerful superhero on the planet. Very Superman-ish in places but filled with twists, turns and revelations.
