Thanks here as well. Hmmm... an achievement like that? Heh. Wonder if anybody would be interested in a achievement where Harry has to win x number of battles via Tai Kwan Leap? :snort:

Also, what about achievements for Harry creating his own spells? The more spells he makes in one run, and the more useful they are, the higher the achievement?

I've felt that the largest failing of the game version of fics has always been the dichotomy between the character being aware and able to do anything they want in their world's sandbox and the plot requirements of the typical game and story.

Having all the different avatars is nice and all but what is the point of having a Dark Emperor Harry avatar if Regular Harry can conquer the world in His Dark Name as well?

Most games have some sort of quest log or mission directive screen (with optional objectives) yet these stories tend to ignore that. In second year, for instance, Heroic Harry's goals would be to Kill the basilisk, Destroy the horcrux, and Save Ginny. Loser Harry's goal would be to Survive until Dumbledore arrives to rescue him. Dark Harry's goal would be to Control the basilisk and Something with the horcrux. Etc, etc.

With this Harry would be able to do anything he liked (and maybe set things up to unlock some of the stuff people have come up with) as long as he fulfills the goals for that year. If he fails to complete the goal it's game over and Harry has to start over or load a save. Once he fulfills the seventh year goal he could 'win' the game and have the option of starting again or have the game go into 'open sandbox' mode where he lives out the rest of his life before starting again.

Just came up with another idea for an achievement (and a potential avatar, though I lack specifics as of yet.)

Revan:
Construct a sentient magical golem that prefaces everything it says with the type of statement it is (for instance, "Question: How are you?" or "Sarcastic Response: Now that was a bright idea.") and refers to all humans save you as "meatbag." Also gather eight other companions (one of whom must be a potential love interest) and form close friendships with all of them.
Defeat Voldemort with this team.

"Nice going genius":Kill yourself in a particularly humiliating way such as falling down a set of stairs to your doom, or blowing off your head with a reductor curse by accident. -500

"Dragon Rider": Tame a dragon and outfit it with armor, metal claws, a saddle and ride it into battle on at least one occasion. + 250

"Kibbles'n'Bits": Tame Fluffy and make him your pet. +50

"You got knocked the F*ck out!": Bludgeon someone into unconsciousness with either your fists or a readily available blunt object. +50

"A Cat is fine too": Permanently turn someone into a catgirl. +100

"A thousand and one lights": Get it on on the top of the astronomy tower. +30

"A hundred and one broom closets": Discover and utilize a hundred and one broom closets. +100

"Treasure Hunter": Find and identify a rare and possibly magical artifact. +10

Description: This Avatar of HarryÆs relies less on luck and more on sheer skill. He made fast friends with Ronald Weasley, Neville Longbottom and Hermione Granger while in school and his fiercest rival was Draco Malfoy- who graduated at Number Two, overall.

Harry decided to become a Demon Hunter at a young age and had his guardian, Sirius Black; enroll him into Hogwarts as soon as he was eligible. This was HarryÆs way of honoring his parents, who were killed when he was a small child by rogue Demon Hunter Tom Riddle, who underwent several rituals and transformed himself into a powerful Demon and renamed himself Voldemort.

While all the achievements about taking over the world and visiting other galaxies are in good fun, I think it might be better to focus a little closer to home. If this gets written, someone would have to write about Harry living a very full life, several times over. That's something I'd be hesitant to ask even an extremely prolific or dedicated writer.

Anyway, here's some achievements.

Bad Influence (-2, repeatable): Entered Voldemort's mind through the connection in your scar.

Undefended (-20): Did not learn Occlumency.
Considering Harry and Tom's connection, this is a bit more important to Harry than most wizards.

All I've Got Left (15): The Dursleys survived.

Under The Stairs (3): Tortured or killed the Dursleys, personally.

Thicker Than Blood (150): Redeemed the Dursleys.

I Don't Hate You (10): Gained Dudley's respect.

Messiah (500): Defeat Voldemort without killing anyone.

An Eternal Glory achievement,
The Other Survives (5): Killed by Voldemort, without the Deathly Hallows.

And a perk:
Taught By Desperation (+10% Occlumency)
Unlock: Learn Occlumency under Professor Snape.

No, this will not be the most powerful one, God!Harry will be. I'm not sure if there will be too many Avatars with Demon Hunter Harry's power levels, however his enemies will be scaled to make it a challenging experience for him. Druid Harry will be up there with them, I'm still in the process of developing other Avatars in conjunction with working on my other projects.

I've been working on Weapon-X (my Naruto/Wolverine fusion), and I've finally found my focus again for Legacy of the Force (my HP/Star Wars X-Over), I'm also working on a HP/Shannara Series X-Over/Fusion type and a Time Travel Mass Effect fanfic, along with a Star Trek/HP X-over/Fusion inspired by AJT's Star Trek: Naruto. So I've got a full plate and then some in the works. However, in my newly discovered age of enlightenment, I'm sure you'll all be pleased with my works.

Once You Go Black You Never Go Back(50) Free Gridelwald and learn how to be a true dark lord. Use what you learned in atleast two playthroughs to reign as a dark lord.

Voldemort was more successful than Grindelwald, so why's the latter a 'true' dark lord? If Harry wants to be a true Dark Lord, all he needs are a copy of the Silmarillion, the Lord of the Rings and the Evil Overlord's List.
