Well, I've looked, and I just can't find it, so...
The movie dealt with an alien invasion of earth. The aliens would either take over or mind control the humans that they abducted.
Key points for the movie...
Anyone that was abducted had a bandage over the back of the neck
The science teacher ate a frog.
copper powered the weapons of the aliens.
At the end, it seemed like a dream, but then the aliens landed, causing the main character to scream out in fright.
