Almost too bad that Puck, being one of the fey, is ineligible for Servant-hood.

Merlin is only half-demon (a sex demon, actually, although I'm not sure which kind), which means he's also half human. I find it likely that he'd be eligible to be summoned, if he's dead anyway.

"If he's dead". In Merlin's case, that's a pretty damn big "if".

According to most legends, his father was an Incubus and his mother either a nun or a nun who was also a minor royal type. Legend puts him as asleep waiting for the Once and Future King to need his help, or dead.

So, ya know, 50/50 chance of him being summonable.
