Naruto Hinita's blush

After watching a bit more of the Naruto anime, I believe that my previous beliefs about Hinita need to be revised.

Her blushing reminds me more of someone meeting someone who inspires them to do better than they normally would (before most people compose themselves).

The question is, what is Naruto's reaction to finding out that Hinita draws inspiration from him, and has for a long time.

If the mangas is any indication... he never notices. <_< Just another example of the fawning girl, and the clueless guy.

Now, and AU where he DOES notice? That I don't know. Might expand his ego a bit. Not sure if it would lead to anything else though. He would probably be clueless on other matters of her 'feelings'.

I know it pops up in some fics, but if he actually noticed that she sees him as an inspiration and admires him (and/or outright has a crush on him if you interpret it that way. I don't think it's ever been flat out stated that she loves him, she does however admires him and is just extremely shy/terrified of doing something to make him think ill of her) that he might take her under his wing, kinda the way he did with Konohamaru. Could have Naruto actually maturing with someone depending on him to help them, as well as let him improve as he tries to keep ahead so he has new things to help her with as growing self-confidence has her getting better at the whole ninja thing.
