Especially since all those things have been seen done in HSDK, well apart from the 'balance on bamboo' part. Its been a long while since I got around to reading the mana, but I'm pretty sure a couple of those things are demonstrated by the masters. Now granted those are masters, but Ranma is at least by the time he shows up a absurdly talented expert, though probably not a master. He might be a master by the time he surpasses Genma late manga though, or at least master level ability even if he hasn't been formally acknowledged.
They were able to run across water (end of the Ragnorak arc, and no I don't remember it being shown, but it was either that or they jumped over the river or ran around it to get to the bridge and back fast enough that the person they were trying to stop couldn't even get off the building he was standing on. So really Running across the water isn't that far fetched giving the other theories.) I think balancing on bamboo would be no trouble.
Hayato quite definitely runs across water, as it's explicitly shown during Diego's denouement.

Yeah, but Hayato is a bad example to use here, again the character is broken he belongs more to the Fist of the North Star than Kenichi.

If we are going to compare abilities in that world by relating them to him it doesn't sets a standard, he can also probably fly by farting lighting bolts out of his ass.

The guy is a freak compared to the rest of the characters. :p
