They tried to get him on Trademark Infringement, but he wasn't charged with anything. The British anti-piracy group "announced" it was for copyright infringement.

Personally I wish I knew about this site a long time ago.

I don't know if he's actually been arrested but I heard that his servers were taken away on some grounds or another.
