To my knowledge, this forum or any other forum run through the invisionfree servers, does not have its own IP. *Double checks my own forum* Nope, the IP is that of Invisionfree, there is no IP to directly go to this forum or another.

I use many, many computers.
<_< Okay... use your e-mail to hold the link to this forum.

Yah. Just send an email to yourself with the address. That's what I do when I have to use a different computer.

I introduce to you, the Online Bookmark Manager.

There's also a firefox plugin for it, if you use that. Import, export or synchronize your bookmarks from where ever you get internet access.
I was half tempted to mention services like that, but...

I've tried them with pspinler over at Anifics some time back, and they could not handle a large load of constantly changing favorites (currently some 4335, was around 3600 back then I think). Kept crapping out on him with my favorites. We were attempting to use the XML import functionality they supported for mass updating/deleting.

I guess it would be ok if used only with a couple though.

It's worth noting that it's possible to run Firefox off of a portable USB data storage drive. Your average cheapass 1GB flash drive is more than capable of doing it. Check on the Firefox support page for details on how to do this.

That I did not know. Thank you, will be worth checking out.
1GB sounds like unncessary overkill, though.

The original IF address is the only one that you can use to access the place however if Hawk was up to it and wanted to throw a few dollars towards the place then he can buy himself a domain that people can use to access the forum.

I checked and www.thefanfictionforum.com is available and it costs ten American Dollars for one year at Yahoo.
