Legend of Zelda: Linked Universe

Isn't it funny that this fanfiction has a fandom? What do all of you think of it?
I personally like the concept of the different incarnations of Link meeting, but I do think that having Warriors and Time after their games, and having Wind sometime after at least his main games without playing up their connection is rather disappointing.

Honestly I think it's weird, mostly because their personalities are basically cookie cutter 'boy band' personalities attached to pre-existing characters.

It's just a bunch of OCs for fangirls to angstwank over.

Interesting... how so? Could you explain how, in your opinion, each of them fits boy band stereotypes? I've never really been interested in any boy bands, so I wouldn't know enough to notice.

Nothing so specific, just walking tropes- the bad boy, the leader, the hothead, the prankster, etc etc.

Huh... I can kind of see what you mean. But when I've read it, the only really tropey ones are Wind(Wind Waker, Phantom Hourglass), Warriors(Hyrule Warriors), and Legend(LoZ I, LoZ II, Oracle of Ages, Oracle of Seasons, ALBW, Link's Awakening). Wind is your typical kid character, really curious and excitable, with not much of his actions really related to his games that I can tell. Warriors is your usual pretty boy, and Legend is just a tsundere character that never mentions anything. There's still a lot from each of their games coming into play(though some of Legend's have yet to be mentioned) with each of them, but those three, at least, do fit the cliches for those types of characters.
