I'll have to retract the Point Me one; on going back and rechecking, the canon version only makes the caster's wand point north, and I haven't got any ideas there. Its the fanon version that guides to any one designated object.

Color changing charm: Line a dark hall with traps and color change an opponents eye fluid black as they walk in.
Cheering charm: Lock the in an air tight room or such and let them sufficate on their own breath after a while. / Use it to give away their posostion to another enimy.
Sticking charm: Stick them in place to get him by a truck or mauled by an animal.

Turning the heart/brain/whatever to stone. Laugh.
Cheering charm:
Make him laugh so hard he can't breath.
(Not too sure on that one: Would he faint before dying?)

A classic: Make it fly, very, very high, and drop it.
Accio:
Accio someone through barbed wire: Hahahaha!
Aguamenti:
Directly in the mouth to drown your enemy.
(Not so harmless but hey, fun!)

Scourgify (cleaning charm): Use on someone who was bleeding to clean up the blood on their body, also removes the clotted blood so a fatal wound reopens and the person dies of blood loss.
Portus (portkey spell): Set the portkey to any potentially lethal location like above an active volcano. Was used quite effectively in one story 'To Make a Wish'.

You're doing it a bit wrong. While doing that spell to someone's throat could choke someone due to you essentially drying his/her throat (swallowing food needs lube too), you'll have to enchant the whole digestive system especially the large intestine if you want to dehydrate someone.
That said, i'd want to see how you kill someone via Protego if it hasn't been done. And not by deflecting Avada Kedavra or anything, just plain old Protego.

Hm... Just what does Protego repel, anyway? Any matter, magic spells only, or hostile magics only? If it repels all magic spells, use it to prevent healing. If it repels any matter, well the killing potential is very great. Going with the two aforementioned examples, I'd rather make a micro-Protego to induce aneurysm in the brain by repelling blood in a micro-capillary in the brain and creating a potentially fatal lesion (at least taking out the motor/sensor ability of the victim).
Patronus: Send a patronus at someone with a pacemaker shorting it out.

A Boggart: Since a young age I have had a tremendous fear of nuclear bombs going off. If boggarts existed and I was in front of one, it would turn into an exploding nuclear bomb 100 times the size of any that actually existed that would end the life of everyone on the planet. Considering boggarts can mimic other magics like the Dementors, it is not a stretch to assume they could mimic existing technology magnified tremendously.
