The SRU is one of the more identifiying (sp? Is it even a word?) things used, Old Guy in a Bathrobe sounds more memorable than the traditional Wizard garbed in Arcanic Embroridered Magi Robes, for some, the simpler the appearance, the more dangerous they actually are.

But on the subject of Voo Doo Dolls and Subjects, is there someone doing versions of 'Heros'? Or does Karma prevent that from happening?

well it started out on similar websites (non anime stories) and eventually Ranma and other animes were written in with that store since it left so much open for madness. same thing 'master computer'...

The original SRU story was about some guys that had been tasked to fill their frat-house with girls for a party. Not having any luck, they accepted a 'spell' from the very first SRU store.

The frat house was indeed filled with girls. Girls and nothing but until the old wizard and all his friends came in the front door for the party.

The only problem was that they'd made a mistake. Where they were supposed to write when the spell should activate, they put "Today" instead of a specific date. So every evening after that, the whole frat-house genderbent. The wizard, after finding out what happened, started playing with it for fun in a benevolent manner, even gave the two who knew what was going on some protection, so they could keep anything too bad from happening.

It was a fun story.

And from there, it spiraled out to the levels it is now, some confusing parts about the alt personalities that resulted.. way too much to properly explain, so if you feel the need to ask and comment on SRU, another thread is needed?

Back to the sporadically updated comments on this one? Though.. *LOl* If I felt the need to see a bit of Kingdom Hearts and such, add the addy on Youtube for 'Dead Fantasy 1 & 2'. :lol: I liked the fight scenes, and the weapons used, Keyblade?

I think I may have just created an idea monster. Sparring dummies as far as the eye can see! It explains where Naruto got that Kakashi straw man! Akane's secret stress relief! Sephiroth's clones (in a way)!
