Satomi Hakase smiled as she looked at her handy work, ôThis material should make it feel like the real thing, NegiÆll love that if he ever gets close enough with her to experience it,ö Hakase mumbled as she looked over some design specs.

ôHmm, how to make it so she could clench without actually breaking Negi, IÆll need to calibrate the sensations to be very sensitiveàGah, why am I even working on this. She said she didnÆt want an H-body,ö Hakase grumbled.

æCome on Hakase you know why, youÆre a scientist who created the most advanced robot in existence. She can feel happy, sad, regret, anger, and even love. Something we doubt exists. SheÆs probably the closest thing to a child weÆll ever have and you want her happy and Negi will probably be her only chance of that,Æ

ôYes, she wonÆt ask for it today, but someday if she wants to truly have a chance sheÆll need to be able to do everything a girlfriend would. I will make sure she has that chance if she wants it, my daughter wonÆt lose her chance because I failed her,ö Hakase smiled.

ôHakase-san?ö Chachamaru said as she knocked onto her creatorÆs lab door.

æSheÆs at a loss for words, many would see this as a flaw, but really itÆs proof of her humanity,Æ Hakase thought fondly.

ChachamaruÆs face heated up and she nodded.

æI guess she did ask today,Æ ôTalk about good timing my Chacha-chan, I just finished the base design, it wonÆt take long to make. But the calibrations might take awhile. I think IÆll set it to the lowest possible feeling first, so you can learn what it all feels like,ö

æI wonder where Negi is.Æ Anya wondered as she woke up. æHe really wore me out last night, IÆm surprised he woke so early. It seems his stamina has gotten even better,Æ Anya sighed in contentment.

æThat should be good,Æ Anya thought as she got out of the shower, æThe room has been sanitized and IÆve cleaned the smell of my Negi off myself. Now to meet his roommates.Æ Anya grumbled as she began to get dressed.

ôSomething innocent looking to put them at ease,ö Anya thought as she dug through her clothes, tossing the black lace to the side for a later date. ôPerfect!ö Anya exclaimed as she pulled out a yellow sundress and a matching hat.

ôWell time to meet the enemy,ö Anya thought as she skipped out the door.

ôAsuna your back,ö Konoka called out happily as her friend walked in.

ôYeah, IÆm back,ö Asuna mumbled tiredly.

ôI made some sandwiches for you and Negi-kun if he comes back for lunch,ö Konoka smiled as she placed the plate in front of her friend.

ôYouÆre a life saver Konoka. Seriously the best roommate in the world,ö Asuna said as she dug in.

ôHeehee, well I try,ö Konoka giggled.

*Knock Knock*

ôIÆll get it,ö Konoka said letting her friend eat. ôOh, hello, youÆre NegiÆs friend Anya right?ö

ôYes itÆs nice to meet you. You are Konoka right?ö

ôYep, howÆd you know that?ö Konoka asked as she gestured the younger girl in.

ôOh me and Negi chatted a bit about his students and he talked about his roommates quite a bit,ö Anya responded, ôSince you didnÆt have red hair I figured you must be the other roommate.ö

ôWell youÆre right I am Konoka, but if youÆre looking for Negi he left to talk to Eva-san and after that I think he was gonna go apologize to the students who helped look for him last night when he didnÆt return home.ö

ôHis students were looking for him?ö Anya questioned.

ôYep, Me, Set-chan, Nodoka, Yue and Paru were looking for him. I think Kaede might have been looking as well from something Set-chan said,ö Konoka answered.

ôNegiÆs other roommate Asuna didnÆt help?ö Anya asked.

ôNo, she was going to, but me and Set-chan convinced her to get some sleep so she wouldnÆt be exhausted when she woke up for work and if anything came up weÆd call her. Unfortunately her worrying about Negi kept her from actually sleeping anyway.

ôWell, since NegiÆs not here would you mind if I talked to the two of you, I worry about that space cadet and I figure you two have to keep him out of trouble fairly often.ö

ôI donÆt mind, but really heÆs saved me from trouble, but Asuna would probably agree with you there,ö Konoka said as they walked into the room Asuna was chowing down.

ôIÆd agree with what now?ö Asuna asked.

ôI was telling Negi-kunÆs friend Anya-chan that youÆd agree with her about saving him from trouble all the time,ö Konoka responded.

Asuna snorted, ôIf that isnÆt the truth I donÆt know what is,ö Asuna said as she stood up. ôSo youÆre the squirtÆs friend huh, itÆs nice to meet you. Oh and thanks for getting him to take a bath, it keeps me from forcing him into one tonight.ö

ôHe still hates baths I take it?ö Anya asked.

ôItÆs like pulling teeth to get him in there. For someone who is supposed to be smart he can be a pain in the butt,ö Asuna answered eliciting a grin from Anya.

ôYeah thatÆs Negi,ö Anya agreed, ôHeÆs smart but common sense seems to escape him at times.ö

ôHeÆs still got more common sense then most of his students though,ö Konoka said.

ôAlso, unfortunately true,ö Asuna nodded.

æThe one I was most worried about seems to be a substitute sister then a romantic interest, the other roommate likes him, but she seems like the type to like everyone, so itÆs harder to tell if itÆs romantic in nature or not.Æ

æI have to be careful with both, he already has one sister interfering and Konoka is the type of girl guys love. Beautiful, kind, caring,Æ

ôWould you like something to eat Anya-chan, thereÆs some sandwiches, but if youÆd like something else I can make it for you?ö Konoka asked.

ôBusy morning,ö Asuna said as Konoka got up to get the door.

ôSet-chan,ö Konoka exclaimed, ôCome in, NegiÆs friend Anya-chan is here talking with us.ö

ôOh, That girl,ö Setsuna frowned as she followed her friend inside.

ôHello, nice to meet you,ö Anya said as Setsuna walked into the room.

ôYes, nice to meet you,ö Setsuna said as her eyes narrowed.

æThis ones trouble,Æ Anya thought as she took in the hostile posture.

ôSo what were you and Negi talking about last night that kept him so late?ö Setsuna questioned.

ôOh, this and that, you know just catching up on things since itÆs been awhile,ö Anya smirked at Setsuna.

æCalm down Setsuna, she hasnÆt done anything to make you this angry,Æ Setsuna thought as she choked back a growl.

ôI see, in the future please have Negi call if heÆs going to be out late, I donÆt want to have everyone all worried if nothings wrong. Or worse something is wrong and we donÆt go looking for him because we thought he was with you.ö Setsuna said as she glared at the girl.

ôOf course,ö Anya responded.

ôSo what are your plans for the day?ö Konoka asked breaking the tension.

ôWell, I hope to meet up with Negi so he can show me around and I can talk with him some more about whatÆs been going on since we left Wales,ö Anya smiled as she thought about Negi.

ôI think Negi may be busy for awhile talking with the students who were worried about him and apologizing to the students he had appointments with that he missed because he was with you,ö Setsuna said.

ôWell then IÆll just spend the later day with him and he can stay with me tonight again and we will talk some more before we go to bed,ö Anya grinned.

Setsuna twitched, æCalm down Setsuna, just calm down,Æ Setsuna thought to herself as the urge to throttle the girl in front of her continued to grow.

I'd have to agree. We've pretty much already been shown that while she knows he isn't is father that "another Springfield is fine, too". Although, it might be more amusing for her (at first at least) to just join in, blackmail ayone?, until later. Afterall, Eva can live forever... and presumably cause others too as well. Let Setsuna or Konoka win. All she has to do is bite him at some point, and he can live a paltry mundane life with whichever of his students wins... she'll have him for the rest of forever, afterall.

I'm not so sure about that. Normally I agree but given how Anya has been doing her best to apparently try to drive a wedge between her and Negi, I think that Eva's first reaction is going to be to try and reduce the girl to a stain on the ground before anything else.

Hm, both true but... first of all, when does Eva ever actually take a direct approach? ...wait. Never mind. Now that I think about it, her role, though not as large as it could be, does actually involve a lot of physical intimidation. She seems more like the blackmail type, but doesn't often employ it I guess...

Hm, well... I suppose it depends on which Eva we're dealing with.

To be fair, there aren't that many times that have popped up at the school that blackmail would be useful in the long run or something that she could do at that moment.

The main reason though I see Eva coming down onto Anya like the hammer of god instead of simply letting the other girls in class-A hear about it and deal with the problem is that not only has she apparently come to care somewhat about Negi but he's HER student and Anya is also trying to drive Negi away from her.

æWhat no greeting for me?Æ Haruna thought as she turned and saw Nodoka pull Negi into a hug causing both to blush. æYueÆs trying to step back from it, but, hehehe,Æ Haruna thought as she pushed Yue forward into Nodoka who promptly pulled her into the hug.

æDamn you Paru,Æ Yue thought as her arms instinctively wrapped around her best friend and her crush.

Negi feeling another arm wrap around hugged back as he began to feel guilty, æI must have really worried them last night, I have such good students and friends. I really need to think about their feelings more when I do something.Æ

æNegi-sensei, Yue,Æ Nodoka thought contently as she tightened her hug slightly.

æThis will be a great picture,Æ Haruna thought as she quickly sketched her two best friends holding each other and their teacher.

Nodoka finally released her hug showing her and NegiÆs face was still red and YueÆs was brighter then the sun.

ôIÆm sorry Negi-sensei, I was just so worried last night and when I saw you now I was so relieved that I just,ö Nodoka trailed off as her blush got worse again.

ôN-no itÆs okay, it felt kind of nice,ö Negi stuttered, ôThank you for looking for me last night, it means a lot to me that you care so much about me, and IÆm sorry for worrying you when nothing was wrong.ö

ôSo what happened, Sensei?ö Yue asked as she got her faceÆs redness under control.

ôI just took Anya to a place she could stay and we started catching up on all that happened since we last saw each other in Wales and I guess I just dozed off,ö Negi said as he rubbed the back of his neck, ôSorry.ö

ôItÆs okay Negi-sensei, sheÆs a friend you havenÆt seen in a long time,ö Nodoka smiled.

ôSo, how close were you and Anya back in Wales, she seemed really excited to see you,ö Yue probed causing Haruna hold back a snort and NodokaÆs eyes to widen.

Negi was oblivious,

ôShe was my best friend, really the only friend I had that I hungout with on a regular basis. I was usually to busy training as a Mage to go play with the other trainees, but sheÆd stay with me while I trained a lot of the time, sheÆd help me out with that whenever she could. Once in a while sheÆd convince me to take a break and go out and do something relaxing with her too,ö

Nodoka and Yue shared a look, ôSo what would the two of you go do?ö Yue asked.

ôWell sometimes weÆd go have lunch together, or weÆd go for a walk down the beach or a forest trail and have a picnic, other times sheÆd just get me to talk about everything thatÆs going on, or weÆd put on a movie and watch it together, though I almost never got to see the whole thing we always seem to drift off halfway through them and then weÆd wake up the next morning still on the couch,ö Negi said as he tried to think of a single movie he stayed awake long enough to see the credits.

æOh no she wasnÆt just NegiÆs friend she was his girlfriend, he just didnÆt know it,Æ Nodoka thought in a near panic.

ôYou know the three of us should go do some of those things together,ö Yue said as she placed a hand on NegiÆs shoulder.

ôThat sounds like a great idea, when would you like to do go out on the picnic?ö Negi asked.

æIÆd say now or tomorrow, but unfortunately this weekends no go good we have to many things we have to catch up on,Æ Yue thought to herself.

ôHow about after school on Monday?ö Yue asked.

ôHm, I have a staff meeting on Monday, but we might be able to hangout a little then, but if you want to go on a walk and a picnic we could do it Tuesday,ö Negi responded.

ôSounds good sensei, oh and make sure to come alone this will be a trip just for the three of us okay?ö Yue asked.

ôSure, I understand when too many people get together its too rowdy, Negi smiled.

ôOh, Negi-sensei,ö Haruna interjected, ô IÆm not sure anyone told you, but Kaede and the Twins helped look for you to, we bumped into them last night while they were doing some sort of stealth training and they looked for you too.ö

ôReally? Thank you, IÆll go apologize to them right away,ö Negi said as he ran off

After he ran of Nodoka and Haruna both turned to look at Yue, the formerÆs face was completely red and looked like both like she wanted to faint and hug Yue, while the Later had a devious smirk.

ôI donÆt know if I should be mad that you decided to leave me out of your little rendezvous with Negi-sensei, or to be so proud that you got him into a date with both of you at the same time,ö Haruna grinned.

ôItÆs not a date,ö Yue said weakly not convincing anyone.

ôSure it wasnÆt, just like IÆm sure this Anya didnÆt consider her long walks with Negi along the Beach a date either,ö Haruna jabbed.

ôSo you think she considered them dates too?ö Nodoka asked worriedly.

ôAlmost certainly, no girl seems to be able to spend much time around him without romantic feelings growing for him,ö Haruna said as she rubbed her chin.

YueÆs eyebrow raised, ôAre you speaking from personal experience?ö

ôWhile I think heÆs cute and is a good catch, IÆm not in love with like the two of you are,ö Haruna teased, ôSo you got no competition in me, but you do have a lot and you just struck a powerful pre-emptive strike against them. Plus if you two continue to do everything with Negi together the only other serious pairs you may have to worry about is Setsuna and Konoka, then Eva and Chachamaru.ö

ôThough, if Ayaka learns of this I could see her teaming up with Makie to even it up. Then thereÆs the twins and Kaede, who knows if they want him too, it could be troubleàö

ôYue, sheÆs starting to scare me. Do you think we have that much competition?ö Nodoka asked.

ôYes,ö Yue responded worriedly.

ôT-then Paru is right weÆll work together for NegiÆs love,ö Nodoka declared before she continued her walk to the library.

ôW-wait Nodoka what did you mean by that?ö Yue cried out as she hurried after her friend.

Haruna stopped her spiel as she looked at her friends, æAh if only all problems were so simple,Æ Haruna thought with a grin.

ôOh, they went up into the mountains or something,ö Kotaro frowned, ôI asked if I could go train with them, but she said thereÆs only one guy who is allowed up there with them.ö

æThe mountains,Æ Negi thought as he blushed remembering the bath he had when he was up there the last time.

ôSo we gonna spar since you canÆt get a hold of them for now?ö Kotaro asked before looking around to find Negi was already gone.

ôDamn it, all my training partners keep ditching me today,ö Kotaro pouted.

æI hope Kaede doesnÆt mind me dropping in on them, but I think IÆm the one guy allowed up here, she told me if it ever got to be to much I could go with her their again,Æ Negi thought as he flew up the mountain.

æThe campsite should be just ahead, IÆll land here and walk the rest of the way, I wouldnÆt want Fuka and Fumika to see me flying.Æ

ôGwah,ö Negi cried out as he slipped and fell in mud. æWhat did I trip on, nothings there.Æ

ôAww, I just had a bath today now IÆll need another one,ö Negi said as he wiped the mud from his face.

Negi tried to clean off his suit as he trudged toward the campsite.

ôNegi-sensei!ö Fumika cried out as she saw him appear at the start of the camp.

ôHey Kaede was right you did come here to see us,ö Fuka said as she and Fumika ran towards their mud-covered teacher.

ôDid you hike all the way up here in your suit?ö Fumika asked.

ôUm, well,ö Negi started.

ôNegi, itÆs good to see you back up on our mountain retreat again, I was starting to think youÆd never comeback,ö Kaede smiled as she popped up from behind Negi startling him.

ôHey Kaede, what were you doing in the forest?ö Fumika asked.

ôYeah, I thought you were getting ready for when Negi showed up,ö Fuka added.

ôHow did you know I was going to be here?ö Negi asked.

ôWell I figured once you heard we helped look for you, you would come and apologize for making us worry. ItÆs the kinda guy you are,ö Kaede smiled as she cleaned off a mud-covered wire before stuffing it into her pouch.

ôHeeheehehaha,ö Fuka laughed and Fumika stifled a giggle.

ôHmm, is something funny?ö Negi asked.

ôSNRk bwhahahaha,ö Fuka laughed harder.

Negi turned to Kaede who wore an innocent expression and shrugged, but upon closer inspection Negi would have seen the corners of her mouth pulling upwards into a grin.

ôWell anyway, Thank you for helping look for me, and IÆm sorry for worrying you,ö Negi said.

ôI figured you were okay, but Nodoka and Yue both looked really worried, which caused Fumika to get upset and even worry Kaede a little, so what could we do, but help look,ö Fuka responded.

ôYou liar, you were just as worried as me, you started panicking to, it was Kaede who calmed us down and got our side of the search going,ö Fumika said.

ôShut up,ö Fuka blushed.

ôThank you for worrying about me, it makes me feel happy to know all my students care about me so much,ö Negi smiled as he rubbed his neck.

ôItÆs because you care about us so much that we care about you as well,ö Kaede responded with a soft smile.

ôOf course I care youÆre my students,ö Negi answered.

ôHeehee, thanks Negi-sensei,ö Fumika smiled as she and Fuka hugged him.

ôWait, youÆll get mud on yourself,ö Negi tried to warn.

ôOops, guess we need a bath now,ö Fumika blushed.

ôI need one to, so I guess IÆll head out now,ö Negi frowned.

ôNonsense, youÆll use the bath up here,ö Kaede responded, ôIÆm sure you havenÆt forgotten about it,ö Kaede grinned as NegiÆs face reddened.

ôBut, Fuka and Fumika need a bath too,ö Negi tried to argue.

ôWhich is why the three of you will all use the bath,ö Kaede said.

ôA-at the same time!?ö Negi squeaked.

ôR-really!?ö Fumika squealed.

ôOf course itÆs tradition for everyone to use the bath together,ö Kaede answered.

ôB-but,ö Negi tried to get out.

ôKaede, does that mean youÆll join us to?ö Fuka asked.

ôSure, IÆll just get some clothes ready for Negi first, so he has something clean to change into when he gets out,ö Kaede said.

ôYou have clothes for me?ö Negi questioned.

ôOf course, I promised you a place to relax with me here if you ever needed it, I figured if you ever took me up on the offer you might be in trouble again and not have a change of clothes,ö Kaede smiled.

ôCome on lets get in the bath,ö Fuka grinned as she started taking off her shirt.

ôF-fuka, IÆm standing right here,ö Negi blushed as he turned around.

ôItÆs nothing you havenÆt seen at the girls bath in the dorms during one of the Negi cheer up sessions, besides weÆre gonna be in the bath together in a second anyway,ö

ôCome on Negi get undressed,ö Fumika said from behind him causing Negi to turn to face her and nearly faint when he saw she had gotten ready for the bath while he was talking to Fuka.

ôDonÆt make us do it for you, Negi-senseiö Fuka grinned.

ôC-can you wash up and get in the tub first so I can get undressed? IÆm embarrassed,ö Negi asked.

ôOh alright,ö Fuka pouted as she and Fumika went on ahead.

æCanÆt believe the messes I get myself into,Æ Negi thought as he stripped.

ôAlright they should have scrubbed up, theyÆll be in the tub by now,ö Negi thought as he headed towards the scrub spot and scrubbed himself, ôI hate baths,ö Negi mumbled as he rinsed himself off by dumping the waiting bucket of cold water over himself.

æOh no, now that theyÆre in the tub how do I get in with out them seeing me naked,ö Negi blushed as he realized he missed a detail.

ôOh, Negi youÆre not in the tub yet?ö Kaede asked which caused Negi to turn and face her and end up nearly fainting again as he saw Kaede was also ready for the bath.

ôHere IÆll help you get in,ö Kaede smiled as she lifted her teacher who didnÆt have time to protest or cover himself before he found himself in the water.

ôHow are we all going to fit? The tubÆs a bit small,ö Negi asked.

ôAll of you lean forward,ö Kaede said before easing herself in behind them and then pulling Negi into a sitting position on her lap, ôAlright, now you two on opposite sides of Negi like you are and lean into him and me,ö

ôLike this?ö Fuka asked.

ôPerfect,ö Kaede smiled.

ôAre you comfortable Negi,ö Fumika asked as she laid her head on his shoulder.

ôY-yes,ö Negi blushed as he realized he currently had his head lying against one studentÆs naked chest and two more naked students were cuddling into his side, ôBut, T-this doesnÆt seem proper, IÆm your teacher. I shouldnÆt be in a tub naked with all of you.ö

ôItÆs okay Negi, no one is going to hear anything about this, just like the bathing tub tradition, another tradition is to never talk about this spot or anything that happens here with anyone who isnÆt invited up here, and everyone who is invited up here at this point in time is in this tub,ö Kaede soothed.

ôBesides I like this, itÆs nice and relaxing,ö Fuka said.

ôDonÆt you like it Negi-sensei?ö Fumika asked.

ôO-of course,ö Negi answered.

ôThen you should come back again later, I like having you up here with us and so do the twins, and the next time you come up here you can do all the training and other activities with us, that is if you want to?ö Kaede asked.

Hawk gave me an idea for this awhile ago, in which someone else besides Anya accidentally sets off the trigger Anya uses on Negi.

Now there are many ways to go with this, but I keep seeing Chachamaru setting it off. And possibily Eva being there when it happens making her involved with it as well.

However another possibility is Ayaka, either way I plan on the aftermath being serious, instead of funny. (though it might be that as well,)

I don't know if I want it to go Chacha feeling horrible that she was with Negi, but he can't remember it and it had nothing to do with love. Add to that she wants Negi even more then before and begins to seriously try to get him to love her, while trying to hold back her growing and confused desires for what happened.

There's a good chance Eva will be helping in this endeavor because she'll find the idea of her servant and student at the same time fun.

With it happening to Ayaka, she'd realize something is wrong when Negi's not responding as he should. And after he has no memory. She realizes that someone has been molesting Negi without his knowledge and trys to find out what's going on, in a more subtle matter then we're used to with her.

She is pissed not in the comedy stand point way we usually see either. She will use her family connections and what ever it takes to find out who's been hurting Negi, during which she'll learn about magic and begin to realize the incidents over the school year she had unwittingly been involved in were magical in nature.

There is a possibility to pull Makie into this, by Eva attempting to pick Makie's brain for the strange comments from before and unlocking Makie's repressed memories of her time as Eva's slave. Hmm... the other girls involved in the incident might also have such repressed memories.

I'd go with Ayaka if you want to do a lot of character building with the more side-line character, it also allows you to do more of a build up. While the Eva/Chachamaru will let you keep things more within the magic group and possibley let you get to the 'meat' somewhat quicker.

Or you could do it so that both groups activate Negi's trigger and have them trying to find out what's going on while at the same time hiding their own tracks.
