I'd have:

Motoko/Bastila (The girl who is sworn against romance because of the order. Motoko is the same in order to inherit her school.)
Naru/Juhani (Juhani has anger problems as does Naru. Kitsune doesn't)
Sarah/Mission (closest I can think of to the twi-lek who wants to be seen as older.)
Hina/Jolee
Seta/Carth
Haruka/Canderous

Who in the hell is Belaya, wait you can kill Juhani? why would you want to do that? Do you get Belaya instead or does this fallen Jedi become your enemy?

*Sigh* I can't seem to make myself anything but a goody-goody in those KOTOR games I just can't bring myself to do evil things.

Give me a GTA game and I'll kill old ladies and laugh, but KOTOR 1, 2 and Fable I have trouble forcing my guy to be evil.
