malicious ad's

Am i the only one getting a malicious ad (that rips you from the site) at least once a day on the game. and it is always the same add ( a free virus scan) I have also noted that it seems to be increasing (i had it happen 3 time in the bingoing area and several times in a row in the village area.


Frankly i am worried about visiting the site for a while.

This has been happening off-and-on for a while. Somehow, bad ads are slipping under Google's radar (I'm pretty sure Google is in control of the ads).

As long as you keep relatively up-to-date with your own personal virus-scan system(s), you should be fine.

My dad recently hooked up a new thing for web browsing, the toolbar crawler. Its usually an unnoticed program, but now several times I get a beep noise while playing BvS. The beep is saying that there is dangerous sites trying to access, luckily it auto blocks them.

It does happen with an alarming frequency however. They seem most infected during the arena playing.

You sure its not something on your end?

I've never run into any pop-up or redirect on the site, and I make a point to allow every ad cookie to hook and every script through.

Course I allow some ads. He has to get revenue somehow. (Mostly that battleon and those kinds that pops up as a side bar ad)
